Kekurangan: Kolam renangnya kecil dan sangat kotor, penuh sampah bahkan kotoran hewan. Perasaan keseluruhannya seperti rumah pertanian kelas atas. Karena kamar mandinya terbuka, banyak sekali nyamuk sehingga saya digigit. Resepsionisnya bersikap buruk dan merasa diskriminatif terhadap orang Tionghoa, namun menyapa orang asing dengan senyuman. Ini villa Bali pertama yang saya temui yang tidak menyediakan teh sore, dan juga yang pertama menolak check-out jam 2. Kolam kecil di gambar juga airnya dingin, bukan sumber air panas. Lantai dua adalah aula Budha, tanpa tempat duduk, hanya dekorasi. Tidak ada AC di ruang tamu, jadi tidak mungkin menginap disana. Dia juga memberikan dua kunci plastik dan memperingatkannya sejak lama bahwa dia telah kehilangan satu kunci seharga RMB 500. Saya benar-benar ingin bertanya apakah itu kunci emas? Juga sangat sulit untuk masuk ke wastafel dan mencuci pakaian. Ini pertama kalinya saya menulis review dan rasanya agak berlebihan... Setelah menginap selama tiga hari, saya pindah ke hotel yang sepertiganya lebih mahal. Keluarga saya mengatakan itu sangat berharga dan mengatakan kepada saya tidak untuk menginap di hotel itu lagi. Singkatnya, saya tidak akan kembali! Kelebihan: Sarapannya prasmanan, meski sangat sederhana. Spa memiliki sikap yang baik dan harganya masuk akal. Minyak esensial selama 90 menit berharga hampir 300 yuan.

Saya merasa seperti datang untuk bermain di rumah pensiun swasta. Tempat yang membuat Anda merasakan nikmatnya pool villa Kamar mandinya juga ada AC-nya, jadi sejuk banget. Terdapat kulkas berukuran 300L, bukan kulkas kecil yang biasa terdapat di hotel, serta terdapat juga kompor gas dan peralatan makan pokok, sehingga Anda bisa memasak makanan sederhana jika membeli bahan makanan sederhana dari Pasar Bintang. Namun, sarapannya berminyak dan sedikit asin...

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. A special shoutout to Perry, whose kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Далеко от всего, до пляжа идти больше 20 минут, грязное постельное белье,все в пятнах. Завернули одеяло в две простынки,и так сильно,что когда пытаешь его достать,все постельное расправляется и надо самому заново все заправлять. Вода в бассейне была грязной, раковина была забита сразу,туалет не смывал,а просто крутил воду по кругу. С крыши сыпалась солома,все вещи что лежали на столе у телевизора были грязные и стол тоже. Завтрак был вкусный и сытный. Несколько раз предупредили что за потерю ключа,штраф в миллион рупий,что дикий бред. Вай фай слабый,фильм не загрузился.

We’ve spent fabulous 9 nights at 2 bedroom Royal Villa with our 2 kids (9&7 yo) and absolutely loved every minute of staying there. The rooms are spacious, each room has its own bathroom with the bathtub. The housekeeping was done daily, the cleaning was very quick and efficient. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool which is quite big and relatively deep, I think it starts with around 1.65m or 1.67m going deeper down the other end. The location is good as well, just a few minutes walking to Bintang supermarket. And of course absolutely lovely and very attentive staff!

Villa Seminyak Estate & Spa is one of the best accommodations I have stayed at! Our deluxe villa was perfect for our first trip to Bali with a beautiful garden and pool. The villa felt like a home rather than a sterile and boring hotel room. The staff were friendly and helpful and were meticulous with cleaning our room and garden daily. The buffet breakfasts every morning were a lovely mix of traditional Indonesian and Westernised cuisine. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Bali.

The Lagoon Villa rooms is an excellent choice with the pool at your front doorstep. The staff are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent. We would recommend the Villa Seminyak Estate and Spa to all friends and family.

All staff very polite & friendly. Lagoon villa we had was nothing like pictures on main website! Very run down in desperate need of updating ! Very disappointing. Breakfast buffet very repetitive. Garden areas maintained well. Would not recommend lagoon villas .
