This is really nice home. Stay there’s free Wi-Fi free parking open kitchen if you wanna cook and they have breakfast available they take custom order. I highly suggest this place. I will repeat myself.

We booked a family room and the unit has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It's a new small homestay hotel with a pool. They provide the shuttle service to the beach. Breakfast is very limited and should be improved. But outside hotel there is very nice cafe with nice menu.

This place is amazing, the room is bigger than you can see in photos, it's like a small apartment, with a kitchen, desk, dining room and obviously bedroom and bathroom. all staff members are so helpful and gentle, the breakfast is good and there is a supermarket in 14min by walk, but the hostel offers rent a bike and free transfers and entry to 3 Beach. The pool is good and loundry as well. I recommend this place strongly.

We have a wonderful time at this hotel, first we booked a room for 2 days, and then extended it until the end of the holiday. The superior room is better than the usual standard, it is 2 times larger, spacious, has its own kitchen, dining table, sofa and large bed. We were given a gas cylinder for self-catering. The standard does not have a kitchen, but you can use the common kitchen, there are dishes, kettles, a stove. The pool is clean, with 2 sections - deep (1.50) and shallow, for kids. Breakfasts are good from the menu, you need to say in advance what you want to cook. There is a cooler with water, free of charge, there are drinks for sale. You can rent a bike at the hotel for a good price, without a bike it will be difficult, shops and beaches are far away, not within walking distance. There is a free shuttle to the beach, but we did not use it. Free travel to Pandawa Beach for hotel residents. We got to Mengiat in 15 minutes along a straight road, without traffic jams. Great place for beginner bikers, the road is clear.

Upon arrival they tried to put us in a standard room, although the booking confirmation was in Indonesian and it indicated Deluxe and its photo. I had to insist on my own and wait 15-20 minutes while the employee contacted the management several times. The walls are very thin, made of wood and the soundproofing is as if they are not there at all, we were lucky with our neighbors, so there was no discomfort. Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from the sewer. Otherwise, everything is fine, the guest house is completely new, everything is clean, the beaches are a couple of minutes by bike, the staff is excellent.

Great location! Amazing atmosphere! We arrived at night, thought we were in the middle of nowhere! And in the morning it turned out to be such an amazing and cozy place!!! Great, friendly and positive staff!!! Cool!!!

Good accommodation for this budget. We really liked the breakfast. The room is good, but there is no ventilation system in the shower and because of this there is a constant smell of dampness. The soundproofing is also very weak.

Stayed for three more days, mainly because it was too remote and I didn't want to go back and forth. If I hadn't come at the beginning, I probably wouldn't come. But since I came, I'm still very happy. The male waiter Fari is very busy every day, and he seems to be doing everything.

The pool is great, and there is a wide range of rooms from single to family, including breakfast, which is amazing for the price🙆♀️

Wonderful holiday on Pandawa Beach. Friendly and helpful staff, great cuisine. Also there is an opportunity to cook for yourself

Great place. New hotel. Very hospitable owner. Free access to three beaches! Will definitely come back here.
