What a great review. The location of the accommodation is a bit far, but even considering that,
I really like it. It's about a 15-minute walk from Ubud Kingdom (a bit uphill). There are two convenience stores on the way, a coffee shop, and an Italian restaurant. There's a good restaurant near the accommodation.

New hotel, clean villa with a nice pool, friendly staff. Good location, a bit away from the main street in a quiet area, but there are cafes and warungs nearby. Good breakfasts from the menu. Good WiFi. Good massage in the own SPA, a bit more expensive than in the city. We will come back again.

Ants everywhere, at night when I was washing in the shower a rat ran outside. But I think for Bali this is normal, but it was unpleasant, it's good that it was the last day.
It was very clean and cozy. And complete silence, relaxation. The water in the pool is clean.
We liked it.
