Villa Aquamarine

I returned to Bali soon after the borders reopened in 2022. The highlight of this trip was to be a few relaxing days in Amed - and a first time stay in Villa Aquamarine. Stepping onto the deck at the villa for the first time was quite honestly breathtaking. The green lawn leading down to the infinity pool that sat on the cliff edge just above the ocean and the sky so brilliant blue that it was almost blinding. And it was these beautiful and ever changing views that became the highlight of my stay. I fell asleep at night with the bedroom curtains open listening to the sounds of the ocean, and woke at first light to sit with my morning coffee and watch the return of the fishing boats to shore as the sun rose over the ocean. I spent lazy afternoons reading by, and swimming in the pool. And would finish my day watching the just as beautiful sunsets. No matter the time, the view I had a few maintenance issues during my stay for which the owner of Villa, Allen was most remorseful and went above and beyond to rectify. His efforts were that of a man who’s genuine priority and concern is the comfort and enjoyment of his guests. For this reason alone, I have given the highest rating - as the level of service I encountered from him was humbling. Thank you. If you are looking for a place where you can turn the clock back to a slower and more traditional pace of life whilst enjoying modern comforts and spectacular views, then Amed and Villi Aquamarine is the place to be.

The villa is just amazing, very spacious, elegant, clean and modern. I felt like in haven. The views from the villa and the swimming pool are stunning. Allen is a perfect host, very responsive, helpful and competent. Kadek, who takes care of the villa, prepares excellent breakfasts, and makes excellent and relaxing massages. Kadek is also a very kind and reliable person. To note, there are several great snorkeling spots in the closest area.

Nous avons adoré sejourner dans villa aquamarine. C est different de aquamarine beach villa, bcp se trompent inclus les locaux! Ici une seule villa. KADEK très agreable avec nous. Piscine sublime, a bord débordant. Snorkeling possible en bas mais difficile : y aller seulement à marée haute et fort courant derivant vers la droite...être bien équipés.
