We had a most wonderful stay at Oyana the staff and gardens are beautiful and the pool is really lovely lots of sunny spots to enjoy, the food was really excellent and I couldn’t fault it the breakfast and having it in your room is such a lovely touch, the courtesy car is so so handy and the driver was great full of recommendations for things to do restaurants etc. the air con could be better, and there was actually no where to place down anything in the room , the bathroom could do with a good spruce up , whilst it’s cleaned daily it is showing signs of age as are the towels The Oyana is a lovely peaceful option and the staff food and setting were wonderful

Lovely and very chilled hotel. Great choice on the breakfast menu. Accommodation was lovely as was the bathroom. Only negative was the air conditioning, the mosquito net probably stopped it working at it's full capacity, so was a little warm. Debbie the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and garden was lovely. The shuttle car was very handy for a trip into town or nearby beach. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

A tranquil paradise! So relaxing. Amazing pool. Breakfast included is amazing. Friendly staff you really feel special. The best perk might be the shuttle. Very nice not having to rely on grab. Also you text the hotel with anything you need!

We spent 8 nights (28.06-06.07) at the ONAYA and were more than impressed. One of the best hotels we‘ve stayed at. I don’t have words to explain how incredible this place is. From start to finish we had the absolute best time. Customer service is 10/10. The whole Team was great throughout the entire stay and made us feel very comfortable. All of them were so nice and courteous. They always had a smile on their faces and asked how we were doing. I can't remember ever being treated so well in a hotel. During our stay we became friends and laughed together so many times. Missing you a lot. The food was also amazing and very delicious. We loved it so much and we have never had such a healthy and great breakfast anywhere in Bali. Everything is freshly prepared and tastes incredibly good. Amazing! Monk Bowl forever! :) The free shuttle service is such a nice idea. It was very pleasant and totally helpful for us. You can easily communicate via a WhatsApp group with the team and request at any time whether you can be taken to location x… We still have a little suggestion for improvement: 1) More storage area, like a small dresser or shelves would be helpful. 2) Always clean the open shower area. It is a nice idea to take a shower with a open roof, but especially when it rains, all things from above come down in your shower cubicle or at the shower faucet. Maybe the open area could be not right above the shower. The whole ONAYA-team is what made our stay unforgettable - they treat you like family and will do anything for you. Our trip ended with me crying because I was so sad to leave these amazing people and this gorgeous place. Dear ONAYA Team, we will definitely come back and are so sad to be back in Germany. It was awesome! Thank you so much ONAYA - You ALL were doing a really great job. Missing you!

This hotel claims to make the experience all about the guest. They have been controlling and bossy and un flexible during the week long stay. In fact the only thing this hotel and management have is a dream of what hospitality should be… not a reality

Pros - from outset feels unique Cons- villas are very exposed and not so private Staff walking by always looking in Everyday we were woken by garden staff squabbling in the garden Villas are so close We could hear conversations from 3 villas away Bathroom ceiling is open which seemed cool at first but then you can hear neighbour also going to toilet, coughing, talking Plenty of mozzies etc coming in open roof Rain coming in Surrounding the bathroom floor are stones - when you add warm water worms start coming up Creepy! The stones are dirty Doesn’t feel too clean after few days At night we need to use mozzie net but it really encroaches on bed space and the air con really wasn’t cold enough so sleep is poor from feeling too hot The pool is super small The vibe was tight with 4 couples in small space The first 2 days a girl with drone could be heard from all villas Pretty noisy pretty intrusive not much care for anyone else at the tiny pool The pool looks big in pics but it really is tiny so a drone above really is noisy like a big bumble bee on your head The restaurant is above the car park and has zero vibe including other guests smoking when we were still eating Overall this place is a nice idea but if you are after a genuine experience it is not likely to deliver the true relaxation and vibe you are looking for On one occasion we came home to realise the baskets in our bathroom had been swapped out for hooks When we Asked for explanation - vague idea given … kinda unclear what happened here and it def felt underhanded 🤷🏼♀️ violated ?? We walked into town several times approx 20 minutes - a bit of a trek but definitely felt easier than negotiating the hotel shuttle…. Hendra the courtesy car driver was our highlight ❤️ Seems the staff here are not too happy which is contributing to the vibe Mmm not sure really ☺️

We didn’t have to worry about transport at all! Free shuttles around Uluwatu and they organized our airport ride as this was our last stay. Plus, food available from “8 am to 9 pm if I don’t remember wrong.

Enjoyed our stay so much! The staff is super friendly and the facilities are new. Got a good night's sleep every night and really liked having room service as it was our honey moon. It was a really fantastic experience!

First of all make sure you book directly on their website we realised late talking to the staff that we could’ve save quite an amount… for the rest our stay was basically lazy days by the pool with beers and one of the things I liked the most was the easiest WhatsApp group to get anything you need.
