Very quiet hotel. Only seen maybe 5 other guests in a week. The photos don’t match the bathroom. I was most excited for the bathroom..it was still fine just not what expected(see photos with mould etc). Also very dark rooms ( which I liked) but not big windows with sun like you see in the picture. Also no washing up equipment etc for dishes in the one bed room residence.No cleaning service or new towels or toilet paper etc. I guess you have to buy yourself. For the price you could find something else with more perks. Definitely needs some TLC but still nice. Rent a bike from JACKY rental about 10 mins away. Good and trustworthy

Had our stay at Abi Bali Resort and we selected the suite with private villa. Located quite a distance from the Airport. There wasnt much amenities nearby (walking distance). Nonetheless, place was quite peaceful and night. Room was definitely big for 2 person. Only slightly disappointed that the pool has no heater. It can be quite cold irregardless you go for day or night swim. Overall, it was a nice stay with the friendly and helpful staff. Recommended to those who wants a stay away from the main town 👍

Resort was great but breakfast option for vegetarian is like not much at all. After having a talk with staff still not much of outcome. Resort is great for families and group travellers. Love to be there next time

It was amazing! The location is perfect, very close to airport, the service and breakfast is amazing. Very friendly staff. The room is a dream, the private pools are calm and cosy.

Very good service provided by the vivara team! Enjoy the big room and huge pool within the villa. We booked 2 bedroom villa, each room has it own toilet and bathtub too. And free snack and drink bar available. Breakfast a fresh and delicious, and coconut water is available too.

We booked a villa, the staff is always smiling, friendly and extremely helpful even when a light was not working at night we got this fixed in no time. The restaurant and the sky bar have a great selection of food and beverages, while the room and overall facility were in good shape and clean. Would definitely recommend for a chill holiday in Bali, only thing to note is that the restaurants nextdoor create a lot of smoke when lighting up the BBQs but once you figure out the timing and location it's easy to avoid. Would visit again, thanks again to all staff for making our stay very pleasant!

The location is far from the main city and very deserted. 25 minutes to the airport, which is good. Very quiet area with nothing to buy e.g. supermarket in walking distance. It can be depressing at times due to the location being very dark and quiet. The villa required cosmetic upgrades in the pool and washroom. AC upstairs was a concern and despite asking for help, it wasn't as expected. The staff and security guards were very friendly and helpful. The staff are the reception were very courteous but couldn't provide an extra bedsheet, for which we had to ask for an additional bed for IDR 500k per night. This was surprising. The housekeeping service was good. The food choices were fine and the restaurant staff was helpful. Kids enjoyed the foam party at the pool. SPA was good. Hard to get a taxi/Grab at times but managed it. Scooty rental was only for 1 day and had nothing to be offered at an hourly rate. Dinner choices were ok. Electricity went out an hour before we checked out with no phone working.

Arriving at the hotel I immediately smelled the mould. The hotel is beautiful but smells. We were kindly received at the door, they picked up our luggage, and served us a welcome drink while we did the check in. I started to sneeze and my nose clogged so I explained I was allergic to dust and I would like a room with more sunlight and wind. When we entered the room the musty smell was unbearable. I immediately complained and they promptly found another room without carpets. I believe it was an upgrade. They also sent us an apology card with fruits and chocolates. Unfortunately, the new room was still smelly, not as smelly as the first one, but we accepted as we were super tired and didn’t want to wait any longer. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: Shower pressure was fantastic Breakfast was great, they had options like avocado toast, salmon bagel, burritos, and a variety of international options Bed was comfortable Swimming pool Temperature was perfect and the bar very convenient with great drinks Beach is clean and not crowded Sunset is beautiful The restaurants had a good environment and good food. A bit pricey, but overall worth it. Cons: Mould. This is actually the only reason I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. The smell is in the room and the entrance mainly. The rest of the areas are okay. This hotel was built in 1993, so I have to say that if it wasn’t for that, the hotel would be in amazing condition. Service by the pool was very slow, my husband tried to get a beer first thing when he arrived and only after calling the waiter twice they brought him the beer, but it was room temperature! 😞 Coconut water and beer were not cold, they actually offered ice, but it just made it watery and tasteless. Bike rental can only be used inside the hotel, and they don’t tell you that when you rent it. I tried to go out to cycle in the surrounding area and they didn’t allow me to go. After complaining, the charged me half price for the rent. I only used inside the hotel and at the beach in front of the hotel. Concierge service was very slow and inefficient. He didn’t have packages to offer, photos, or videos. Everything was searched on Google right in front of us. The only option given was a private driver that could take us anywhere we wanted to go. The problem is that we didn’t know the places, so we were expecting a better introduction to the island and the activities. We ended up doing our own research and hiring the driver. Transfer from hotel to airport costs 430,000 RP, but if you get a grab (similar to Uber/Didi) it will cost you less than 80,000 RP. Overall, the hotel is a good option if you can tolerate the smell. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t recommend it. Otherwise it was a great stay for the price.

Very nice hotel, polite staff, they helped us with things they didn't have to, don't be afraid of the small number of reviews, since the hotel is new, everything inside is very clean, they clean it every day, the beach towels are large, they give out a lot of hotel towels The atmosphere of the hotel itself is pleasant, calm, the pool is large and clean The breakfasts are very large, filling and tasty, the only drawback I noticed is the small choice for breakfast, only 3 dishes, when you live in a hotel for more than 5 days, then these options already get boring)) but I think the management will listen and make more choices!
