Troulis Apart-Hotel

The location was amazing. There was a beautiful view from our balcony. The pool was very nice and refreshing. And the staff was just the sweetest- I have never felt so welcome anywhere else 🥹 I would absolutely recommend it to everyone! ❤️

Amazing relaxing holiday with my boys in July. Fabulous setting overlooking the 2nd beach in Bali. We'd stayed previous July Hotel niddres on the main beach this apartment was so much superior. Friendly staff beautiful apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, small kitchen separate bedroom for myself 2 beds in the living room and a huge walk in shower. Enjoyed breakfast overlooking the sea every small selection of fresh bread fruit and Greek yoghurt and coffee perfect. 2 small pools the one overlooking the sea was quiet and a perfect spot to relax, the boys loved a little swim even after dinner. Enjoyed mirning hikes up the hill overlooking the bay. Beach is 5 minutes down the hill mambo beach bar and other little tavernas all serving amazing food. 4th beach around 15 minute walk away has crystal clear water for snorkelling. An amazing holiday spot. The staff kindly arranged a taxi back to the airport. Thank you team TROULIS. 🙏

The stay was great. Great staff with big smiles. The pool is suitable for children. The water in the pool is warm, there are sunbeds by the pool. Amazing view from the window. Spacious room. I love this place.

We , a friend and I , stayed there for a week. Our arrival was at night so they put the keys behind the reception.so far so good. But when we entered the 15 m2 room, we realised that they tried to make a single room into the double room we booked and payed for in advance. In no Country you have a 1,20 m bed counted as a double bed. Non of us slept that night due to the inconvenience . The next day they were not willing to give us a proper room . At one point they finally admitted that it is a single room and we could get a double the next day. The next day they told us we would have to wait another two days until there was a free room. At that moment we called TUI to complain. We only had a few days left. TUI couldn’t help us as the Troilus hotel stuff said they were fully booked. Luckily we checked the internet and found out that the hotel employee lied and we insisted on the free double . After a lot of trouble , the 3rd of 7 days, we finally got a double , about 30 m2 with a 2 m bed and slept well. Yet , the staff from then on was super rude to us and made e.g personal fun of my friend when she asked where to put the keys after check out in the early morning. Furthermore, we spoke to a couple staying next to the single room and they said that after we moved out , they put another couple who are also 1,80m tall , into that room. They know and admitted that it’s a single room but they constantly scam people to make more money by selling its as a double. It’s so sad and ruined half of our trip. I never book that place or a trip from tui who were completely useless, ever again.

Not clean, not organized, no staff, pictures are not relevant, poor breakfast... Total waste of money, too expensive for what you get.

The location of the hotel is great - having a beautiful view over the sea and the mountains. And the beds was pretty comfortable. But the overall condition of our hotel room was in a quite terrible condition and the so-called kitchen was very poorly equipped - lacking the most basic utensils for cooking and cleaning.

It was okay for the price, breakfast not impressive, room facilities poor, but balcony with a very nice view. Very friendly and helpful personnel
