Hotel dengan balkon di Zermatt

Beautiful hotel!! Even though hotel was a few streets away from the station BUT free shuttle service is available. Hotel service was so good including free consultation on activity planning in Zermatt. Would definitely go back to this hotel if I’m coming back to Zermatt in future!!

Lovely stay! Got the matterhorn view suite and it was so beautiful! The receptionist was also very helpful with guiding us with what we can do at Zermatt! However, need to take note that their reception will only be there till 10pm. It’s actually stated but I didn’t read it so when I arrived Zermatt train station at 11pm, I panicked a little. We flag down the taxi at my own cost, 18chf for 3 people and luggages, they dont provide free taxi after 10pm. Also, the entrance door will be closed/locked after 10pm, we rang the bell and the door opened and they left the key with a letter on the counter for the check in. The breakfast place is also overlooking the Matterhorn and it’s so pretty. Stayed for only 1 night but really enjoyed my stay there!

Benar-benar menikmati masa menginap kami di hotel ini! Layanan luar biasa yang diberikan oleh staf membuat bulan madu kami jauh lebih manis. Semua orang ramah, baik, dan selalu bersedia membantu. Kamarnya sangat bagus dan sauna tambahan serta bak mandi konsep terbuka merupakan kejutan yang menyenangkan! Sarapannya juga sangat lezat. Fasilitas seperti area kesehatan meliputi bak kaki, kursi inframerah, jacuzzi, dll.

Nilai uang yang luar biasa! Kejutan yang sangat menyenangkan. Lokasi sangat nyaman, tepat di luar stasiun kereta. Tidak yakin apakah ini merupakan upgrade diam-diam atau apakah tipe kamar ini terlalu besar. Kamar double terasa seperti suite kecil. Anda dapat melihat sudut Matterhorn dari balkon luar. Ada stereo Marshall di dalam kamar. Mendengarkan musik sambil melihat pemandangan gunung Matterhorn di seberangnya sungguh luar biasa! Satu-satunya yang membuat orang ragu adalah hotel ini berada di bawah gunung. Jika Anda ingin melihat bintang, mungkin lebih nyaman tinggal di gunung di seberang Matterhorn. (Dibutuhkan sekitar 20-30 menit berjalan kaki dari hotel ini ke titik pemandangan)

Saya menginap di Zermatt selama dua malam. Lokasi hotelnya sangat strategis, hanya dua hingga tiga menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun. Mereka juga menawarkan kopi dan roti gratis setiap sore pukul 17.00, yang sangat melegakan setelah seharian bertamasya. Meskipun dekorasi kamarnya agak kuno, kamarnya cukup luas untuk menampung koper besar. Balkonnya menghadap ke kota, menjadikan setiap hari pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Setelah check-out, saya menyadari saya meninggalkan sweter kasmir di hotel tengah malam. Saya menelepon resepsionis, dan mereka langsung menemukannya di antara dua tempat tidur. Saya menghubungi pihak hotel melalui email dan akhirnya bisa mendapatkan kembali sweter saya. Terima kasih sekali lagi kepada Butterfly Hotel dan perwakilan layanan pelanggan Ctrip yang memberikan saya informasi kontak hotel larut malam.

Location – 10/10 Nestled high above Zermatt, the Riffelhaus 1853 is accessible via the Gornergrat railway, making the journey itself an adventure. Once you arrive, you’re greeted by panoramic mountain views in every direction, with the iconic Matterhorn standing proudly in front of you. The setting is perfect for ski-in/ski-out access in winter and stunning hiking trails in summer. Rooms – 9/10 The rooms are cozy, modern, and well-equipped while still maintaining a classic Swiss alpine charm. Many rooms come with Matterhorn views, and waking up to this scenery is an experience in itself. The beds are comfortable, and the rustic wooden decor gives a warm, welcoming feel. Some rooms have balconies, which I highly recommend booking for the full experience. Service – 9/10 The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. Despite the hotel’s remote location, the service is top-notch, with staff going out of their way to accommodate special requests. From seamless check-in to helpful local recommendations, they make the stay even more special. Dining – 8.5/10 The on-site restaurant serves delicious Swiss cuisine, including traditional dishes like fondue and rösti. The breakfast is generous, featuring fresh bread, cheeses, meats, and eggs cooked to order. The only downside is that, due to the remote location, dining options are limited to the hotel restaurant, but the quality makes up for it. Wellness & Spa – 10/10 The outdoor hot tub with a view of the Matterhorn is an absolute highlight! There’s also a sauna and steam bath, perfect after a day of skiing or hiking. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by snow-capped peaks is an experience worth every penny. Activities – 10/10 Winter: Perfect for skiing, as the hotel is directly on the slopes. The ski room is convenient, and the access to the Gornergrat ski area is unbeatable. Summer: Incredible hiking trails with direct access to the Gornergratbahn for easy excursions to higher altitudes.

Lokasi sangat bagus. Di bawah hotel terdapat jembatan yang sempurna untuk mengambil foto Sanno. Di seberang jembatan terdapat gereja dan museum. Berjarak sepuluh menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun kereta dan 20 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun kereta gantung. Anda bisa berjalan-jalan di sepanjang sungai sambil menikmati anggur. Ada pemandangan gunung dan melihat rumah kayu. Sarapannya enak dan banyak orang Cina. Pelayanannya juga bagus!

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.
