Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang strategis, hanya 2 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun kereta. Kamar hotel didekorasi seperti kabin kayu, sangat autentik, bersih dan rapi, serta higienis. Kabin kayu ini nyaman dan indah. Begitu masuk, Anda akan merasa seperti tinggal di Swiss. Penginapan ini sangat nyaman, dan tersedia bathtub. Stasiun kereta gantung Jungfrau dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki, dan Anda akan melewati banyak bukit kecil khas Swiss di sepanjang jalan, tempat Anda dapat check-in dan menikmati pemandangan yang indah. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. Easy to find. Very central in town. Very walkable. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue. Included breakfast left us full everyday. Very short walk to cable car to get to First. Quiet and cozy rooms.

遠超預期的酒店，攜程的酒店圖片真的把這家酒店的檔次搞低了，酒店無敵的好，我們的房間180度陽台，無敵的景色，陽台側面（圖一），陽台正面以及餐廳看出去的景色（圖2-4）。畢竟這麼高貴的地方，心理上也是怕服務員高傲，結果酒店服務人員服務無敵好，孩子要加一個梳化床，瞬間搞好了，吃飯加了15瑞郎的奶酪，服務員給娃詳細介紹了各種奶酪（隨便吃）。一路很少吃到蔬菜，這裏點到了一大盤蔬菜，第二天還為我們客制了一份grilled蔬菜。各種菜也很好吃。雖然4500一晚的價格是貴的，一家三口帶12歲娃，所以要貴點，但是這個景色這個服務，絕對值。
