Here's the revised version with the additional detail: --- This was the worst hotel experience in my 44 years of life. I have traveled to more than 15 major countries around the world but have never encountered a hotel like this. We stayed there for 4 days and had the worst experience. From the very first day, we had issues, but we didn't have any option because we had already paid for the four days in advance. When we entered the room on the first day, we saw that the toilet was used and not flushed. I called the staff and informed them about the situation. They cleaned the washroom but didn’t apologize. The next day, we switched on the clean mode button, but nothing improved. They reused the same sheets, simply folding the blanket from the previous day, and didn’t replace basic amenities like toilet paper and soap. On the third day, we specifically requested that they change the sheets before we left. On the last day, as I was about to leave for the airport, I noticed my clothes were missing from the cupboard, which I was supposed to wear before leaving. I reported the incident to the management. Instead of questioning their staff or checking their records and CCTV footage, they harassed us by repeatedly checking our belongings and questioning us. They searched our belongings twice. I even provided proof of the clothes by showing them pictures from the day we arrived at the hotel. They said that the staff who cleaned our room was "on break" and did not act like they cared. The overall experience was very bad, with no apology for such a significant issue. Additionally, the carpet was dirty, the sheets were poorly maintained, and the pillows were hard, small, and uncomfortable. We were delayed for our flight due to their incompetence and the drama of calling the staff, who were off on the day of our departure and had supposedly cleaned our room. The issues we encountered—unflushed toilets, unchanged sheets, missing amenities, missing clothes, and the lack of care from the staff—are unacceptable for any hotel. The repeated and intrusive searches of your belongings without addressing the actual problem are particularly shocking !

Сам отель больше тянет на 3*, а не на 4*. Рядом стройка, что добавляет шума, пыли и соответственно портит вид из окна. На 7-ом этаже советую не селиться, поскольку на 8-ом находится круглосуточный ресторан, в котором периодически проходят различные мероприятия, после которых персонал расставляет мебель обратно. Уснуть при таком раскладе сложно, так как шумоизоляции естественно никакой нет. Завтраки разнообразные, шведский стол, но качество еды на твёрдую тройку. Постельное бельё чистое, но с дырками. До старого города неспешным шагом примерно 25-30 минут. В общем не могу сказать, что было ужасно, но второй раз в отель точно не вернусь.

Dari pro: staf yang ramah, bersih, lokasi bagus, ruang sarapan yang indah, telur orak-arik yang sangat lezat dengan tomat untuk sarapan. Minusnya: ada covid di sebelah kamar kami, tidak ada stiker di pintu pada saat kedatangan, dan ketika kami kembali, itu muncul. Tampaknya ada orang hidup yang telah mengidentifikasi covid. Saya pikir tamu baru seharusnya tidak ditempatkan di lantai yang sama dengan yang sakit. Dan dilihat dari sedikitnya jumlah orang saat sarapan - hotel memiliki cukup kamar gratis. Ada banyak angin di kamar dari jendela, sangat dingin di kamar mandi, pengering tidak berfungsi. Tidak ada sikat gigi atau sikat toilet.

Selamat siang, ingin mengunjungi Premium Park Hotel di Baku. Staf, serta porter di hotel ini, melakukan tugasnya di kelas tertinggi. Keramahan, keramahan dan juga pelayanan yang tinggi menjadikan hotel ini ajaib! Saya juga ingin mencatat pekerjaan berkualitas tinggi dari manajer Meja Depan! Dan sekarang tidak banyak tentang kamar. Kami memesan kamar ganda dan meminta tempat tidur ukuran raja. Memasuki ruangan, kami sangat terkejut dengan luasnya ruangan, pemandangan dari jendela panorama, serta semua detail lainnya di ruangan ini. Sarapan di hotel ini luar biasa, juga memungkinkan untuk memesan makanan di kamar dan harga untuk jenis layanan ini berkorelasi baik dengan kualitas makanan. Semuanya sangat lezat!!! Di lobi hotel Anda juga bisa turun untuk menikmati secangkir kopi nikmat atau menikmati bar yang buka 24/7. Selain itu, Premium Park Hotel memiliki gym dengan sejumlah besar peralatan olahraga yang paling dibutuhkan agar tetap bugar selama liburan Anda. Di sebelah gym, Anda dapat menemukan ruang pijat dan sauna. Ada dua jenis sauna - Rusia dan Turki. Dan sekali lagi, semua layanan di atas patut dipuji. Sekarang, mari kita melangkah sedikit ke luar pintu hotel dan melihatnya dari luar. Ada tempat parkir untuk mobil, sangat nyaman untuk naik taksi dan hal yang paling menakjubkan tentang itu semua adalah teras tertutup. Baik hotel itu sendiri maupun staf hotel meninggalkan kesan yang paling menyenangkan. Kami adalah pelancong dengan pengalaman yang banyak dan beragam, berubah-ubah dan pilih-pilih. Ini mungkin hotel pertama di mana tidak ada yang perlu dikritik. Baru, bersih, indah, terletak dengan baik. Kamar yang luas, insulasi suara yang bagus, pembersihan rutin yang teliti, pengisian kamar, kepatuhan terhadap semua standar sanitasi. The hotel was good as location. The stuff members were amazing. The room is bad with air conditioner that you need to open up the balcony to let the air cross over. The water leaking in the other room was reaching the floor of the room from the inside. I recommend to provide a portable fan for each room or to have a parotable fan with you during traveling or to open up the balcony. P. S. Do not stay in a hotel or pay for them unless if you see the room entire.

The hotel was chosen by our local tour agent budget-friendly for the whole stay. The language barrier was there; as expected but that was manageable What I didn't like * Poor room arrangement - even though the rooms were kept clean and tidy it lacked the coziness and comfort of a hotel; fewer pillows, and bedding was not arranged. * Very slow room service. * Breakfast buffet was not that great (especially for picky eaters I would say - the options were very less)

Location: Excellent Personnel: Excellent Breakfast: Good - Excellent Overall: Excellent Our trip went nice and safe. Most of the Land Marks are within 15 - 20 min of walk-able distance. For tours, we have taken the help of Reception personnel in Baku and outside. We traveled by Taxi - best is to get a local SIM and download BOLT Application - not worth having a rented car especially at the rush hours... Airport is 20-25 min by car; pick-up and drop off from/to Airport was arranged by Reception personnel. Nice experience which we plan to repeat.
