Kali ini saya pergi bersama Keluarga dan memesan 2 kamar.. yang ke 2 kalinya disini.. pertama kali ok.. tapi kali ini dari staf hingga pelayanannya saya kurang puas.. wajah semua orang terlihat tidak senang.. Kamarnya kurang ini dan itu..

Lokasi hotel sempurna, berada di tengah-tengah pulau, sehingga Anda dapat dengan mudah menjangkau berbagai lokasi. Kamar dibersihkan setiap hari tetapi Anda masih bisa melihat banyak debu di sela-sela lapisan rak atau di lantai di sudut. Hotel ini sibuk, sehingga staf tidak terlalu memperhatikan kebutuhan dan permintaan pribadi Anda. Anda perlu mengelolanya sendiri. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman bagus

Di mana saya harus memulai ulasan ini? Kami tinggal di Best Western dari tanggal 7 Maret hingga tanggal 11. Kami merayakan hari jadi kami beberapa tahun yang lalu di Phu Quoc di Novotel yang bersebelahan (pengalaman terbaik yang kami miliki) Kami ingin mencoba resor bintang 5 lainnya dan berpikir Best Western mungkin merupakan pilihan yang bagus. Ini mungkin kesalahan terburuk yang kami buat. Jika Anda ingin membayar $$$ untuk menginap di resor yang stafnya pemarah/murung, Noone tersenyum, Anda menemukan tempat itu. 80% staf tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris, staf di kolam renang hampir tidak bisa berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris. Anda tidak dapat membebankan biaya minuman/makanan ke kamar Anda dan menyelesaikan tagihan di akhir. Anda perlu memberi mereka uang dan menggunakannya sebagai kredit dan menambahnya sepanjang proses. Dengan resor bintang 5 lainnya, mereka membiarkan Anda membebankan biaya ke kamar dan membayar pada saat check out atau meminta kartu kredit sebagai uang jaminan. Tidak ada yang dijelaskan kepada kami mengenai kebijakan ini… Hanya ketika saya kelebihan uang dan meminta mereka melakukan tab berjalan sehingga kami dapat membebankan biaya pada kartu kredit saat itulah mereka mengizinkannya terjadi. Sebelum kami mengetahui tentang masalah tab yang sedang berjalan ini, masalah yang memalukan/menjengkelkan ini terjadi. Ketika kami sampai di kolam renang, pasangan saya bertanya kepada mereka apakah mereka dapat menagih minuman kami ke kamar, mereka semua tampak bingung dan berteriak "Anda bayar sekarang", ini sangat memalukan untuk memulai. Mereka bahkan tidak bisa meminta maaf, Pak, Anda memerlukan tab, kami dapat menagihnya ke kamar Anda. Satu-satunya kata yang mereka tahu dan bisa ucapkan adalah ANDA BAYAR SEKARANG secara agresif! Kamar kami tidak dibersihkan bahkan dengan tombol tolong bersihkan kamar dihidupkan, jadi kami harus menelepon agar hal ini terjadi. Fasilitas tidak pernah diganti, yaitu handuk muka kecuali diminta. Staf prasmanan mungkin yang terburuk. Bahkan tidak ada satu senyuman pun, ketika saya mendapatkan makanan, staf hanya mendorong saya agar dia bisa mengganti beberapa barang. Pertama, dia bisa meminta saya untuk bergerak dengan sopan atau menunggu sampai saya selesai. Anggap saja saya tidak akan pernah tinggal di jaringan Best Western mana pun lagi! Ketika Anda membayar untuk menginap di resor bintang 5, Anda mengharapkan layanan dengan senyuman. Dengan Novotel ketika saya menulis di pemesanan saya, kami merayakan ulang tahun kami, mereka meletakkan kelopak bunga di tempat tidur, membuat catatan tulisan tangan untuk mengucapkan Selamat Ulang Tahun dan sepiring kecil buah. Dengan best Western tidak ada sama sekali… Kami kembali ke Phu Quoc karena layanan yang kami terima terakhir kali di Novotel, staf dan layanannya 100% tetapi kali ini ingin mencoba resor lain. Namun, hotel ini benar-benar mengecewakan kami. Jika saya dapat memutar kembali waktu, saya TIDAK akan memesan tempat di sini dan membuang-buang uang dan merasa kesal. Saya pikir mereka perlu meninjau dan melatih kembali staf mereka. Mempekerjakan lebih banyak staf yang bisa berbahasa Inggris dan benar-benar tersenyum. Senyum itu gratis, menyapa pelanggan Anda dengan senyuman itu gratis.

Kami memeriksa ke dalam kamar Saat melihat sekelilingnya sangat kotor, panel dinding kayu memiliki sidik jari di sekujur tubuhnya, cermin kotor dan begitu pula lantainya Toilet duduk tidak dipasang dengan baik Pergi ke resepsi dan melaporkan, mereka mengatakan mereka akan memperbaiki dan membereskan pembersihan tetapi itu tidak pernah terjadi dalam 4 hari kami tinggal Ini adalah resor keluarga yang sangat sibuk, namun keramahtamahan orang Vietnam hilang di sini

There's a night market right in front of the hotel, and after a long pool where kids can play, there's a beach. It's also cost-effective, so you can get a bigger room for the same price as Novotel. Breakfast is normal but not bad, but there's also tteokbokki, maybe because there's a lot of Koreans. It's close to the airport, and there's an airport pickup shuttle. Plus, it's located in the middle of the road, so you can take a day trip to the north or south. There's also a cooking facility like a residence. Absolutely cost-effective hotel. If you're going to spend a short trip in only one of the five-star hotels, choose this one. However, it's very popular, but it's not the best.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The facilities were absolutely top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The highlight of our stay was definitely the stunning pool—it was huge, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The private beach was just as amazing, with pristine sand and crystal-clear waters. We loved spending our afternoons there, soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. However, there were a couple of small downsides. The bathroom had a large glass window that made it a bit awkward when showering or using the toilet, as the other person in the room could see in. There was a roller blind for privacy, but unfortunately, it was a bit see-through, which didn’t fully solve the issue. Also, the soundproofing of the room wasn’t great, and we could hear some noise from the corridor. The AC also could have been better, as it wasn’t as powerful as we expected, especially considering the tropical weather. Despite these minor points, our overall experience was fantastic, and I would still highly recommend this hotel I will be back to this hotel the next time I am in Phu Quoc. There is also a lovely night market opposite the hotel which was a nice surprise.

Had great time in this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff especially Tung Anh from reception. Highly recommend.

The worst hotel I've been to in a long time. When checking in, there were peanuts and toilet paper on the floor, so I called the reception to ask them to clean the floor. Of course, I can't unpack my luggage. Even after 30 to 1 hour, the cleaning service did not arrive, so I went out to eat and spoke to the reception directly. Please clean it. Even when I arrived around 4pm after eating, it wasn't cleaned, so I complained again to the reception. He didn't say sorry, just said he understood your situation. Since they didn't keep cleaning, I hadn't even unpacked my luggage, so I went outside and came back in. I arrived around 9 o'clock and it still wasn't cleaned. So I spoke strongly to the reception, and they didn't even say sorry and said they would take care of it quickly. When I went up again, he came back 10 minutes later and cleaned the floor. There was never any apology. When I came on a trip, the floor was dirty, so I couldn't unpack my luggage and had an uncomfortable stay. I don't often write reviews, but I'm writing this because it's ridiculous.

Fairly a good stay and decent spread of breakfast buffet except for the airport pickup mishap. We called the hotel and confirmed the pickup time at 16:10 following the hotel schedule. However, we waited for the hotel shuttle van for 2 hours but unfortunately it did not show up. Explained to the reception about this issue however he did not seem to care much or maybe did not have the authority to offer a solution. The manager should have handled the situation in a better way at least by providing a room upgrade to make up for this inconvenience. Since we waited at the airport for a long time and we ended up paying an overcharged rate for a taxi. I tried to reach the manager multiple times however the reception staff informed me he was not available.

The hotel is ideally situated across from a large street market filled with restaurants and souvenir shops. The room size is reasonable, and the decor is neutral. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the hotel restaurant, which offered an impressive selection and quality for breakfast. The restaurant managers, Thu Ong and Phung, stood out for their kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional service. However, the experience at the hotel reception was disappointing. The service was unfriendly, with staff often appearing rude and unhelpful. For instance, when inquiring about purchasing a local SIM card, one staff member simply redirected us to another without assistance. Additionally, when we requested our bin to be cleaned, the staff pretended to listen but then abruptly hung up without addressing our request. During checkout, we were treated with suspicion when we stated we hadn't used anything from the minibar; the receptionist scanned us as if we were criminals. One particular manager(unfortunately we didn't get his name), who wore a white shirt on November 8th, was particularly unapproachable and seemed to avoid interaction altogether. While there was one staff member named Thinh who was helpful and kind, overall, the reception team did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel.

The hotel is nice … the beach is also nice . it’s located exactly in front of the food market … the air conditioner was cold but in our opinion not cold enough … the refrigerator was not cold neither and they charge us a sprite that we didn’t took .

One of best resort in phq. Location just opposite to night market which is another surprising place. This resort is best in value. I Was is one of top 5 resort in my first 3 days and which is much higher price. This resort also has same kind of environment with much lower price.

Good location. Less than 10 mins from the airport. Easy access to the Sonasea night market. (Recommend Mr.seafood) 15mins to the Kingkong mart. Small market sells most of items and has laundry service. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool is nice for both of kids and adults. Linked beach has bars and restaurants. The housekeeping servie is good and friendly. Reception staffs are nice. But other staffs don't understand English. Massage and Nail shop is very friendly with reasonable prices.
