Ulasan Ramada by Wyndham Baku

The service was not the best when we arrived. The receptionists took their time to assist us and when we finally were given keys, they just pointed to the lift and left us. The hotel room was quite outdated with a broken leaky fridge and a bulky TV. However, the balcony was quite nice and the view was amazing. The food was really good and it was plentiful.

Good stay with calm and quiet sea view. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast spread could be more nice. otherwise it's a good property.

Отель находится недалеко от центра, есть бассейны (открытый и закрытый) и пляж, но пляж не ухоженный и не оборудованный. Отель не 5 звезд, а твердая 3. Считаю что цена завышена. Завтрак очень хороший, ужин тоже, очень вкусно, повар хороший.

早餐很豐盛，離市區有些遠，設施比較老

Отвратительный отель! Очень очень грязный ! В номерах почти не убираются ! Бассейн не чистят. Территория грязная Детский стульчик на столько был грязный . Его мыли раза 3 и он вонял и все равно был грязный . Еще у меня украли 200$ горничных !!!!! В сумке лежало 500$ вытащили 200$ В общем я в школе Менеджмент отеля ничем помочь не хотел. Пришлось вызывать полицию! Я посетила 40 стран , десятки отелей но такой ужас встретила впервые!!!!!!!!! А еще там море грязное рядом нефть добывают и отходы в море Я наступила на какой то мазут отмывала пару дней ногу !!!!! Не советую от слова совсем !

I have never seen such a third class hotel with a big name in my entire life. This is probably the worst hotel in my 8 days trip to Baku. This place is run by amateur hoteliers who have zero sense of cleanliness and hygiene. People with low hygiene standards will go back to this crapy hotel. I will be posting some pictures which will give some idea to readers about how this place is like.

The hotel is an old and poorly maintained. May equipments in the room are broken like our door stopper, shower stand was broken. The shattaf pipe was leaking. The room was shabbily cleaned specially bathrooms. The housekeeping staff took away our old bath towels without replacing new ones. Had to wait over night until 11 next morning for the towels. Happened 2 times. When we complained that we do not have the towels and we needed it a night before but given only at 11 and the check out was at 12. The manager thought we r making a story for a late check out and the house keeping knocked frantically at 12. We checked out by 12.06. In stead of being apologetic of our inconvenience they were being rigid with us. The breakfast is below average. Location is way out of Baku city. Do not recommend this property at all.

This hotel literally doesn’t even deserve a star. It was that bad! The house keeping service doesn’t do room cleaning on time. The cups and plates are not changed, essentials are not provided on time. The staff behaviour is very rude and arrogant. Even during breakfast, a simple omelette took eternity to be prepared and served. I would have never imagined this sort of services from Ramada. This is the worst out of all the 4stars I have been. Please avoid this hotel and book something else to save your time and energy due to its bad service and location. Definitely not the worth the money.

This is by far one of the worsts experiences we had of staying in an property from a renowned hotel chain. The moment we entered the property, we were told that there are no bell boys (apparently it was their off day) and there will be no assistance in taking the luggage to the rooms. The property does not seem to have been renovated since few decades. The room interiors looks quite dated and have been poorly maintained. The window panes were sealed with flimsy tapes. The breakfast menu was quite limited and the service was practically non existent. The only good part about the property is that its sea facing and has a private beach. However, this location is a good 45-60 minutes away from the baku international airport and ~30 minutes away from the city center. I would strongly recommend to skip this and instead opt for an property around Baku city center.
