Ulasan Spark by Hilton Bakersfield Central

We stayed here after a late arrival - service was great, the rooms were clean… I liked the waffles for breakfast. :-)

Отель совершенно не соответствует описанию и фотографиям на сайте! Фото старые, добавленные до реновации. Бронировали отель с бассейном и судя по фото с хорошим завтраком. Приехав на место мы узнали что бассейна нет. Решили не расстраиваться. Но завтрак нас шокировал. Кроме бейглов и дешёвых йогуртов есть было нечего(( если вы путешествуете с детьми вам этот отель не подходит. Этот отель лоукостер в сети Hilton.

Overall it’s a good hotel. Nothing great but nothing really bad. Just a decent basic hotel. But the area around the hotel is kind of yucky. But the Hilton app works with this hotel and unlocked everything and had self check in. Easy peasy!

It was comfortable. They are doing renovations, so the entire hotel was not in order. Customer service was great.

We stayed here on our way from Arizona to Northern CA and back. Jasmine, The night agent that helped us was very kind and remembered us when we came back a week later.

Property under renovation. So there was a lot of boxes in the lobby, being used as a storage room.

Hilton owned properties are always top knotch. This one is going through a remodel… but it will be better soon!

We enjoyed our stay even with the renovations that were going on. They never interfered with our ability to rest. The only area of improvement that we saw needed adjusting was honestly the quality of the TP provided in our bathroom. Everything else was at a higher standard, which made this one aspect stand out very plainly.

Nothing bad to say. The staff was always super friendly, which I always appreciate. Room was clean enough. The back parking lot now has more lighting which I appreciate. This is a hotel that I can stay in by myself and feel safe.

The staff was terrific! Despite being next to a busy road, it was quiet inside. That's the good stuff. The bed was horrible on my wife's side. Tolerable on mine. She got up about 2 AM and slept in the chair the rest of the night. Breakfast was.... meh. I've never met a frozen omlette before. Yes, they were warmed up, but... frozen omlettes? Well, they were tolerable, and they were food. Not horrible, but... tolerable.

The costs for a pet is $75, which is outrageous I would have left if I wasn’t so tired.

Hotel under construction. Was not aware when I booked. Free breakfast was crowded and poor quality. Room was good. Bad area, lots of homeless people around. Not a safe area.

Park at your own risk…. Homeless everywhere. My truck had its rear window broken and our luggage was stolen. Reported to front desk and hardly a concern, he had the police department phone # memorized. Stay away
