The help was good. The people are very nice. Specially, the lady in the front Heather she helped me out a lot, but they could’ve gave me a better discount on the room since the one they gave me was dirty otherwise, Annette foods are right properties all but I really appreciate Heather for helping me

I have never been to this property before the room smell like sewer the heater did not work and for the money that I paid, you would think you would get breakfast cereal, coffee, anything. Uncomfortable and very unhappy. Will not be staying there in the future..

The food was average at best, though served by nice folks. The lighting in the bathroom was my biggest complaint, so dim that shaving was difficult. The safe also didn’t work. Plenty of comfy pillows though.

Quite a bit of frustration staying here. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted the ground floor or the second floor. I asked: Do you have elevators? The answer was no, so I requested ground floor. It turned out the ground floor is actually below ground level so we still had to wrestle heavy luggage down a flight of stairs. Once we were in the room, the tv did not work properly… only apps on the smart tv worked, no live tv or local news. The wifi signal was so weak it did no good. My husband spent two hours with online help with absolutely no resolution. Frustrating. Also the hotel is right next to Hwy 99, very noisy.

The hotel was great and all the folks working there. Only trouble was with the tv…they couldn’t get it to connect to internet so you couldn’t see what shows were on. Not a big deal.

The place was very nice and elegant. For convenience, There was a restaurant, bar and a breakfast area for those who paid the breakfast fee. The room was very clean and had a refrigerator and coffee maker. The balcony was enjoyable as well. Overall very pleased!

Maybe you should have coffee all day for people, however you have to buy it, it's not like the other hotels that keep you fresh and hot coffee 24 hours a day.

Stayed 3 days and no cleaning service. I called twice for fresh towels received no towels! Reservation was for poolside view king but they said one was not available… so we ended up with a room facing the freeway and the room noise was terrible.

Faucet system was hard to operate- it took engineer over 30 minutes to come to room in order to shower. Would be nice if instructions were possible for faucet mechanisms. Service was unacceptable with over 30 minutes to get some help sent to our room. Fire alarm went off twice while we were staying there. Card key and digital card keys did not work. Our reservation was declined- no notice of letting us know. Also did not give us the breakfast option. Astronomical amount of money for breakfast and dinner at the hotel- when the food is terrible. Shows up cold and small portions. will not be staying there when our schools have to come into town for cheer competitions ever again.
