I want not only a refund, but also compensation for the extra stress and unsafe conditions from *******.
What's the point of receiving an email with wordings such as "you don't have to call the hotel to confirm your booking" when the hotel owner says she never received any booking request.
What's the point of being an ******* "member" when there is not even a phone number to reach a call center employee?
Really horrific experience.
