I love the place even it's covered with some neighbors houses, I love the balcony view though. Free breakfast is fantastic and the staff are friendly and courteous. I'll give a 4 โญ.

In the advertisement said that's up to hill and thought that should be not surround by living houses. Well, I might not know that Baguio before and made this wrong image. If I knew that then I would not book there and would book in the center then!

If the hotel is located close to where you want to go, I think it's a good value for money. (Spacious and Wi-Fi available)
I booked 58,364 won including breakfast and extended my stay for 1 night locally, paying 1,700 pesos excluding breakfast. (I used KFC nearby for breakfast)
As is the case with budget hotels in the Philippines, the cleanliness is not good. (There were underwear and socks from the previous guest in the closet.)
The water pressure was weak, so it was difficult to brush my teeth in the sink, so I used the shower faucet.
