I enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was decent and the staff were helpful. My room was nice and spacious. I didn’t end up using the pool but it looked nice. The hallways were bit dirty with furniture and plates left out.

朝食はとても美味しかったです。ただ、最初に2階の部屋を案内してもらいましたが、部屋の匂いが気になりフロントに尋ねたところ、上の階の部屋に替えてもらうことができました。ファミリー向けのホテルだと思いました。金額とサービスが見合わないので、次回は別のホテルを選びます。

プールサイドや隣の部屋がうるさい 朝食は平均以下 部屋が狭い ツインベットを予約したのにそうではなかった 場所が悪い チェックインを2時にして実際に3時に行ったが、部屋の準備に待たされた 支払った料金の価値は無い

I booked my stay for my Birthday, and I wanted to just chill relax and have a cozy evening with my friend, and indeed the property fulfilled all my needs. They pampered me by giving me with a upgraded room, room decor, pastry and as well as late checkout. They were over the top, special mention to some of my favourites with whom I interacted throughout the stay was Januska, Riju, Pratyush and Om loveliest people. There was one more person from Culinary, but I don’t remember the name. Definitely i will come back again!

Having recently provided a feedback on the commendable workmanship of your reservation staff Mr. Joaquim, I am confident that his contributions will propel the endeavors to new heights, extending beyond mere sales and targets. Also a special mention mention about the front office staff ms. Janushka who is ready to walk and extra mile always smiling and has answers to everything. She is polite and the professionalism she displays is par excellence. She is basically a complete package to your queries and complains and also the knowledge she has regarding the area (Anjuna and surrounding) and gives promising answers to whatever was asked to her. We, recently stayed at the Fairfield Marriott Anjuna and had an extremely disappointing experience. First, the air conditioning in our room was not working, making the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was infested with mosquitoes, which is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the ashtray provided was not clean, adding to the overall lack of hygiene. The refrigerator in our room was also non-functional, which was a major inconvenience. The service provided to address these issues was shockingly poor and shabby. Despite bringing these concerns to the staff's attention, there was little to no effort to resolve them. Moreover, we had requested and were promised a decorated room to celebrate our anniversary, but this was not delivered, leaving us very disappointed. For a Marriott property, these issues are inexcusable, especially considering the high price we paid for the room. I expected much better from a brand like Marriott and will not be returning to this hotel. Save your money and avoid this place.

It was a pleasant stay.Pool is beautiful.Room size is medium,rest all good . Special thanks to Ms. Januska at front office for going extra miles for us and chef Akshay ,they made us smile more.overall good experience. View from balcony is beautiful.

Well to begin with, this was a kind of new experience because it is my first time in Goa. The stay at Fairfield by Marriott was a comfortable one. They have a plethora of amenities and the food is quite nice. The rooms are pretty small; however, the ambience makes up for it. The breakfast buffet has nice options and the live dosa counter is unique (and the dosas are tasty). Chef Mukesh and Chef Tushar ***** with other staff members have made sure that dining at Fairfield by Marriott is an enjoyable experience. They will take good care of you when it comes to fooding, surely. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well. The place is really beautiful and eating outside at the patio was quite serene. The pool area is very charming too. Again, beautiful place - nice ambiance - good food and charming staff.

This property seems very inconspicuous from the front, and the access is on a very narrow road. However once inside, the entire property is very well maintained and beautiful. The staff is quite affable, helpful, and very polite. The team at Kava the restaurant are very gracious hosts, and will get anything made for you on special order if it isn't available at the buffet. Larson, chef Tushar, Chef Mukesh and the rest of staff were attentive and quick to help. Overall a great experience, 10/10 would recommend.

Great hotel ! Clean , neat and super service. Team is good. All happening places are nearby. Food is excellent. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping team is very helpful. We enjoyed pool area which is very big. Lot of offers on drinks as well.

Good hotel & great staff so helpful and everything was superb even food & beverages Mr prathush was caring I was carrying infants with me they provided the best food for them and baby cot for sleep all thing is superb and on time thanx to the chef akhsay & Samir all of them was good behaviour and even next time to visit again soon at farifeid by Marriott

Our stay at fairfield was exceptional. The chefs Akshay and Mukesh made sure our 1.5 year old baby had the best of the meal with utmost taste and hygiene. The staff was very helpul and made sure we had a pleasure time during out stay. Would definitely recommend others

Chef bhist and his great recommendations from his kitchen. He and Clarence have been kind and helped my parents to feel at home and rest at the property. I guess it’s their hospitality that makes a simple hotel also standout. Thankyou onceagain

I had booked a stay here in October. Unfortunately, I could not make it due to weather related travel constraints but my husband ended up being able to stay. The service in the beginning was good - I had informed them of my travel issues and let them know to add my husband and allow him to check in which they did. Unfortunately, after that it's been impossible to get a hold of anyone at the hotel even when we have direct emails. We were never given/ sent a copy of our bill. My husband ended up paying for the 2 day stay and was told a bill will be emailed but still after 4 follow ups and a month plus later no bill has been sent. I am certain they have overcharged us and hence not sending the bill. Quite sad as the Marriot brand is exceptional and we're Platinum loyalty members, makes us question why. Truly one of the worst customer service experience I have received.

The Hotel is stunning with Great Assosiates and service . Rooms are super good with all necessary amenities, Chef Sameer is always on the floor with his team to make sure every single guest is enjoying his delicious food. They go out and beyond to fulfill your satisfaction to serve you dishes out of the menu as well. The Staff at the reception is always smiling and very attentive to make sure your stay is comfortable. We got the farewell gifts by which my kids were very amazed thanks to the beautiful lady at the reception -Janushka. Special thanks to House keeping team to upkeep our room and Duty engineering to attend our request promptly. Hope to see the Team and enjoy their amazing Hospitality again.
