The airport shuttle bus is too crowded, and the drinks and food sold in the store are too expensive.

Very near to the airport very convenient, the room has a good size!

Convenient for transit. Front desk is OK. Room is very basic. There is no kettle for tea or coffee. You need to pay for tea or coffee at the reception area.

Very close to the airport. Shuttle buses are there from airport. Don’t sleep too much due to the comfortable bed 😁

The location was bit tricky if you are coming from Amsterdam central, they do have a shuttle bus from the airport though. But the service was great everything was good the room was clean, they are taking care of all the details. I recommend this hotel a lot

Very bad business practices. I tried repeatedly via both Trip.com and directly with the hotel to cancel the reservation within four weeks of the arrival time. I was not able to achieve the cancellation. Nowhere in their website it says that you cannot cancel the reservation and I have a refund. The game, they and Trip.com played is blaming on each other for not accepting cancellation . I do not recommend due to very dubious business practices

Room is okee. Overnight quite and good shuttlebus service to and from the airport.

Everything is great for ibis hotel, however, electricity supply shut down for almost 30 minutes at night. It is quite speechless that the shuttle bus service is not on time in the morning. Both situation are without a explanation. But anyway, the hotel is great except for these 2 surprising issues.

Name is somewhat misleading as it is too far from airport to walk there and only info I found about the shutlle bus was about going to the airport, not from the sirport. Taking a bus in Amsterdam is surprisingly, stupidly, inconvenient, as cash is NOT accepted and one must have a separate credit card fro each person, also same numbered bus terminates at different stops. Room didn't have a fridge but when asked was pointed to an ice making machine Room didn't have a kettle, but reception did have a very limited number of kettles available. Breakfast was a good buffet breakfast with limitef choices. Aircon seemed to actually work, so better that othe recent places we stayed at.

The place is cozy. My child enjoyed it in the play area. But it is far from Amsterdam Central. But the place is also good.
