Ulasan Precise Resort Bad Saarow - Golf & Spa

Grundsätzlich ok. Viele Kleinigkeiten die hier und da nicht Top sind. Aber insgesamt für den Preis in Ordnung. - Abendessen nur Buffet. - keine Bar am Pool und im Spa. Sodass ins Restaurant im anderen Stickwerk gegangen werden musste, um ein Kaffee zu holen. - Minibar war nicht angeschlossen - Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, obwohl angegeben - Beschilderung im Hotel irreführend bis fehlend

Alles so weit ok. An Ostern wurden die Betten nicht gemacht und das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. 12€/Tag für den Außenparklpatz sind verwunderlich.

Leider gab uns der Rezeptionist zunächst Schlüssel zu einem bereits vermieteten Zimmer, was nicht nur zu Staunen, sondern auch Zeitverlust führte. Den "Entschuldigungsdrink" konnten wir nicht mehr nehmen, da er nur von 12.00-19.00h gültig war. Das schöne Innen- und Außenbecken sind leider nicht benutzbar, da der innere Bereich gerade nicht beheizt wird und auch keine Beleuchtung im Pool ist. Nach draußen kann man nicht schwimmen, leider gesperrt und auch eiskalt.

Tolles Hotel, etwas Abgelegen - man benötigt ein Auto. Leider am Wochenende zu wenig Personal für die Anzahl der Gäste. Sehr gutes Buffet

Tolle Lage, super Spa Bereich, tolle Golfplätzen, Personal im Restaurant und für Zimmer sehr freundlich, aber die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind total unfreundlich und wenig kompetente

Das kann man hier nicht beschreiben wie schlimm die Mitarbeiter und der Chef des SPA Bereiches sind und das i- Tüpfelchen war der Hotel Manager mit dazu. Wir hatten von Freitag bis Montag gebucht und sind heute am Sonntag vorfristig abgereist da wir von diesen Leuten so fertig gemacht wurden dass wir keine Erholung hatten. PS der schlimmste Fehler ist, wenn der Gast seine Meinung gegen über der Geschäftsleitung in diesem Hotel äußern.

Essen und Unterkunft super Auch die Mitarbeiter geben sich viel Mühe sind immer freundlich. Trotzdem ist das Hotel nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand. Für 5 Sterne sind noch einige Mängel zu beheben. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Located on the Schwielowsee. Many guests seem to come for golf, we came for cycling. Either way a great location. Staff are always friendly and speak several languages apart from German. Rooms are nice with a practical layout. Breakfast and dinner buffet are average, we skipped the latter for a nearby restaurant, the "Dorsch" (great!). Unfortunately, the hotel's service is substandard, probably because it's understaffed. On arrival we were told that housekeeping would only service our rooms every 3 days - unless specifically requested (we did, but to no avail). Then we noticed the empty shampoo and shower gel containers - in both rooms we had booked. No big deal, we thought. We asked several times (at reception) and despite assurances that it would be rectified, it wasn't. Only after specifically asking to speak to the manager on duty (just before checking out!). The receptionist does not seem to be available by phone, nor does housekeeping. The rooms have a fancy touch-screen phone, but what's the point if no one answers service calls? I have even left voicemails but no one has ever called back.

Lovely location, facilities and rooms. Atrocious service that makes your stay less enjoyable. The hotel is lovely and the pool, spa, beach are great it is the appalling service from the staff that lets this hotel down. They have a lot of staff but most of them pretend to be busy rather than serving guests.

The quality of the hotel itself, including facilities and the restaurant is subpar at best. What really shocks is the way the restaurant manager treats guest, yelling at them in a tone so aggressive we immediately chose to leave dinner. The rest of the staff is dismissive at best, impolite at worst and gets orders wrong most of the time.

Beautiful facility and rooms. Golf course was terrific and difficult. Good options are limited. Buffet offered at night. Restaurant at Golf Clubhouse had limited menu. .Needs another casual restaurant that is open longer hours.

The Best hotel I have ever been to, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The environment is breathtaking and left me speechless. The best restaurant there is the Greenside which offers classic German cuisine. However, the Harbor also offers international food which is extremely delicious. I would recommend this hotel to a 100 % it is amazing. It also offers spa and wellness which are unbelievable stunning. The rooms are clean and very comfy. A great Hotel for family, friends, couples and everyone else.

We visited this resort years ago, it was just re open again and had a great stay. Spa was just amazing big with both indoor and outdoor pools - food was good but buffets only. We also rented a boat in the marina, was a bit expensive.
