The room was cozy, clean and inviting. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this quaint and conveniently located boutique hotel.

Really nice, quiet hotel. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The design, layout, fixtures and furnishings are exquisite and professionally installed , a rarity for the culture. The building's center atrium with a fish pond at the bottom is a fantastic concept, but poorly ventilated making the 4 floors of viewing windows dirty and disappointing. As an architect, my advice is to remove the fishpond, substitute white rocks for easy viewing and keep it dry. It would be an ideal place for all those birds so beautifully portrayed throughout the hotel. We loved the breakfast!

The hotel was so accommodating and helpful. We booked the large room because in the app it says there’s 2 king beds in it. As a group of 3 we were beyond excited thinking we would have so much space. We were disappointed to find out it’s only one king bed and there’s no way we can have additional bed due to the restrictive space of the room. Thankfully the medium room has 2 full size beds and the attending staff suggested it to us. Although it’s a downgrade, the room didn’t feel like it at all. It was still roomy and spacious and didn’t make us feel claustrophobic compared to the large nest. It doesn’t make sense, but the medium is bigger than the large 😆😅. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. They really compensated us and didn’t charge for the extra meal since only 2 meals were supposedly included in the booking.

Quaint and simple well thought out rooms, but not very big and lacks amenities that would be present in a larger hotel like the gym sauna and pool. Breakfast is also plated instead of buffet. Overall good but a little expensive for the size and location.

房間很乾凈 電梯非常小，每次最多兩人 沒有游泳池及健身設施 衹為了住的話，性價比很高，但我喜歡運動一下，就稍顯不足

4성급 호텔이 아니고2.5급 정도보시면 됩니다 엘리베이터부터 소름 잆니다.조식은 안드시는걸 추천합니다 방은 너무작고 그나마 화장실만 괜찮고 나머진 안습입니다. 저는 다른곳을 추천합니디

房間乾淨整潔，前台服務態度良好！

The hotel has a good ambiance feels! Accessible to places and shops in the city. Warm smiles and welcoming staff always polite. I have a nice stay here... I will be back for sure! The food is good also in Primos restaurant. Overall a good experience.

For me, it’s a boutique hotel, nice ambiance, friendly staff, situated at the heart of the city, water is CLEAR and breakfast is OKAY. The hotel is just a walk away from everything. The room is aesthetically appealing but the bathroom….. the shower area has white spots because it is not tiled.

We took a red eye flight from Manila, emailed the hotel and somebody was waiting for us at 1am to check us in. Booked directly at their website the "small nest" with breakfast, which was yummy and filling. We tried lunch at their restaurant Primo and the food was delicious, you can try the local Negrense dishes. During our 1st day the aircon in our room got broken so we were transferred to another room. The hotel is situated about three blocks from the main street, you can either walk around or take a Grab which is not hard to book.

My wife and I stayed at the Henry Hotel for 5 weeks. We were totally impressed by Beverly's staff. They were professional, friendly, and accommodating. All my requests were handled in a prompt manner. The rooms were clean and up-to-date and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant had delicious food they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant staff we're excellent. Their location is close to Robinsons Mall. We felt very safe. The hotel has after hour security and it's across the street from the PNP police station. I would totally recommend the Henry. Thank you Beverly!
