"I don’t recommend. Although the food is partially delicious, the service is shocking. I was waiting over an hour to be served with a drink and over 2 and half hours for my food to arrive. And when it did arrive, it was cold…and some of the order was forgotten about. I would understand if it was busy, but it is a quiet Wednesday night that wasn’t that busy. This is embarrassing for a restaurant chain that is so well known in Bacău. Tables were sat after me, they were served and ate and I wasn’t even served with 1 drink for over an hour. If you’re looking to spend your evenings in a nice place to enjoy food and be treated rightfully, go somewhere else. After asking to speak to a manager, I was ignored and a manager never approached me. Terrible experience and service."

"Loved this place. Great food, although service was a bit slow. I went back there and took my parents out for lunch. I liked the room - spacious, with a great bed, and a super snazzy bath. The staff was lovely, helpful and ultra attentive. It is quite far from the airport but taxis come there fast and they are not expensive, so totally worth staying there if you are - like I was - held in Bacău by a Wizz Air failed flight."

"We had an excellent one-night stay at this hotel in a standard twin room with Spa access! The bathroom stood out—generously sized, contemporary, and sparkling clean. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, adding to the convenience of our stay. And you must indulge in the incredible spa and pool! It's an oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. Don't miss out on a delicious beverage at the hotel bar! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment; they even prepared a healthy breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning. This hotel is perfectly situated in a serene neighborhood, with the city center just a quick 5-minute drive away. We wholeheartedly recommend it for an excellent stay!"

"Розташування готелю не дуже гарне, якщо вікна твого номеру виходять на дорогу. Постійно шум автомобілів, від чого атмосфера не дуже приємна. Інтерʼєр номера гарний. В номері чисто, але комфорт жахливий, кондиціонер не охолоджував на виставлені 15 градусів,- було душно, хоч і працював всю ніч. Ліжка не зручні, звичайної води в номері не було, хоча готель має 4 зірки. В номері розеток біля ліжка, над столом і в коридорі не було, що було не зовсім зручно для зарядження телефону та годинника. Майте на увазі, якщо у вас великий багаж, то занести комфортно в номер ви його не зможете, ліфт хоч і є, але номер який повинен бути на другому поверсі може і не бути, тому що там є підповерх на який доведеться з багажем спускатися по сходах нижче. Тому в такий готель вдруге я б не приїхала. The location of the hotel is not very good if your room windows face the road. There is constant noise from cars, which makes the atmosphere not very pleasant. The interior of the room is nice. The room is clean, but the comfort is terrible, the air conditioner did not cool to the set 15 degrees, it was stuffy, although it worked all night. The beds are not comfortable, there was no ordinary water in the room, although the hotel has 4 stars. There were no sockets in the room near the bed, above the table and in the corridor, which was not very convenient for charging the phone and watch. Keep in mind that if you have large luggage, you will not be able to comfortably bring it into the room, although there is an elevator, but the room that should be on the second floor may not be, because there is a basement to which you will have to go down the stairs with your luggage. Therefore, I would not come to such a hotel a second time."

"Absolutely terrible experience with the spa staff. I simply wanted to pop in and have a quick look at the facilities before deciding to book, but they flat-out refused to let me inside. The personnel were incredibly rude and dismissive, showing zero politeness or understanding of basic hospitality. Felt completely unwelcome—avoid this place if you value courtesy!"
