The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (L). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

It is very good hotel , I like to stay in Rixos , the food was very testy , but the room service in my last stay was not as much as I expected ,,, not as usual , so it need to improve it , I request blanket , at night but nobody come ,,,, but over all I like this hotel ,,,

Awesome service and Accomodation

What a fantastic holiday.On arrival as we had booked 2 rooms (1 for us and 1 for our 2 children) we asked to be close together.Were asked if same building but separate floor was okay but said would prefer same floor(think they were struggling to accommodate us as he searched quite awhile).To our delight we were upgraded to a king suite.What a room we had.A very very small balcony which didn't bother us but the room was fantastic.Hotel was amazing and everything and everyone who worked there was just fantastic.Buffet restaurant served good tasty food and we never went without.The children ate at different times to us and a lovely waiter called Bright went out of his way to look after them.We finally got to meet him 4 days before we left and can see why the children liked him.He went out of his way to look after us and always had a smile.Please thank Bright for us he really is an incredible member of your staff.The steak House meal was amazing and the drinks were all good.Spent each night in the lobby playing cards and listening to the fantastic piano lady.All the staff go out their way to make your holiday special. Only slight downside is all the construction going on around the hotel.The hotel next to the Rixos was fine we never heard from there but a few days before the end of our holiday they started the foundations for a residential apartments right next to the hotel and you could hear the machinery banging all day so beware but saying that we would go back in a heartbeat

Hotel was fantastic, especially the gym. Mehdi and Meral were extremely helpful showing me and my girlfriend a variety of new exercises in the gym as well as motivating us throughout the whole session. Could not recommend this place more!!

Had an amazing return visit to Rixos Bab al Bahr. Exceptional service from the staff in Seven Heights buffet restaurant especially from Bright who made us feel well looked after. There is something for everyone and the food is very good. We ate at the Steak restaurant and the Arabian restaurant both of which were very good with great service. We used the adult pool and Sana was the best barman keeping us replenished with mojitos, prosecco and cold soft drinks. Thank you Sana. Our room was very spacious and kept pristine by the housekeeping staff. The room was tired but I hear that the hotel is going through some room renovations. We had issues with our air conditioning however after many times of reporting to reception it still was not rectified which was disappointing but I have not marked my stars down as the air con still worked even though the room temp did not go above 17 degrees. Beds are super comfortable and plenty of clean towels. Iron board, iron, hairdryer, safe in room also coffee making facilities. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion all in bathroom and smell so good. Beach towel available from the towel shack at the beach. The staff really make this hotel, the cleaning staff are always on the go, all the areas in the hotel are spotless. We had a day at the Cabanas for a birthday and our butler was brilliant, no one else was there so really felt like a private space which we all enjoyed. Hoping to return soon.

Kumaran is the best ! Understand us from the first time. The hotel is very good for vacation with kids. Мы очень довольны остались отдыхом и советуем всем, а сами однозначно вернемся. We will come back as soon as it is possible . Очень довольны отдыхом , отелем и сервисом.

We spent a good stay here. Hotel is very spacious and good Excellent food.Swimming pools are also very good all f&B outlets are very nice Specially Seven Heights restaurant is very very nice Food is amazing staff is very Kind Specially Ibrahim Zara Tony Gulzaina Noor Ajay They celebrated our anniversary it was a great memory for us we didn’t imagine that but they give us a very nice surprise with music guitar cake too many things thank you so much we are very happy and we will love to come here again

It’s very easy to criticise the small imperfections however I am not this type of person. I have had a great time (my second time of visiting ) my family and I have witnessed great customer service an abundance of food and drink all of good quality, special mention to the buffet restaurant the food and selection is simply the best I have eaten as a buffet option. All the staff work hard for you to simply smile and be happy. When I first came two years ago I meet a waiter @Sayed Eid he made me laugh and looked after me throughout my holiday. It was a fantastic surprise to see he was now working in the sports bar. His attitude and work effort puts us English to shame, his ability to make everyone laugh and increase an atmosphere is magician like. We have talked many days of the holiday about family and life in Egypt including his family. Rixos ban Al Bahr you are lucky to have someone like this they are very rare. Thank you my friend from the bottom of my heart.
