Stay aways from this hotel !!!! Stay away from this hotel .Feels more like guest house than a hotel. Such a chaos everywhere: from lobby to a bouffet. Low quality of main restaurant, ala cart is better but impossible to get a spots for it. Stuff are extremely rude , especially Russian speaking lady at the front desk. For the simplest things they will waste at least 49 min of your time of lobby. My child got sick and they weren’t able to call pediatrician at the hotel, I have to do everything myself .

We enjoyed sooo much A lot of activities for kids

The beach is closed so you have no ocean view from the entire property. Currently heavy machinery extending the beach to make way for future developments. They did not inform us there is no direct beach access during bookings or check in you had to find out by yourself.

It is very good hotel , I like to stay in Rixos , the food was very testy , but the room service in my last stay was not as much as I expected ,,, not as usual , so it need to improve it , I request blanket , at night but nobody come ,,,, but over all I like this hotel ,,,

房間衹有國內三星水平 設施老舊 破爛 開關都是歪的 沒有提供牙刷 餐廳就餐體驗很差 人多餐具不乾淨也還有蒼蠅。衹住一晚是不能用其他餐廳的，衹能三餐都在自助餐廳。
