This hotel is definitely not 5 stars... I would give it between 3-4 stars , the toilet in the room was broken and very difficult to use, the shower gel that the hotel puts in a special device was also broken and could not be used - not that I needed it, but it is nice on the first day when you arrive to be able to shower until you buy it from there later. The food was nothing special - it is not bad, but very monotonous, almost the same every day. The pools were very small and therefore should have been perfectly cleaned - and the water in them did not seem clean at all. On top of that, the internet had to be paid for if you wanted to have it in the room - and the one you have for free in the lobby bar was very bad, and everyone gathered in the lobby bar in the evening and there was no room for all the guests. If it were not for the beach which is really beautiful - I would not give it a rating between 3-4 stars. The staff and the maids were very kind and nice.

**Long post but worth a read if condidering this hotel** This hotel was booked as our first and most probably last family holiday (due to mums health issues). There was 8 of us in total on the holiday this included myself, partner, 2 daughters, mum, my brother and partner, and another brother. On arrival I was extremely upset to find that my family had been booked into a room that sleeps only 3 when I had put in the original booking 2 adults and 2 children sharing, after telling the manager that I was extremely uncomfortable with my daughter not being in my room or us all squeezing in the small room the only option I was given was to pay 350 euros for a family room. I think this is absolutley terrible, this was refused as I simply couldng afford so this set us of to a bad start. The next issue was that my mum is disabled and cannot walk, she was put into the furthest room (only accessed by at least a 10 minute walk under the subway) I asked for her to be moved closer this was refused I genuinely thought she may not make it home after all the walking. We tried in vein to hire some type of mobility scooter, searched both towns and found nothing, however, the hotel was more than happy to hire a wheelchair (not fit for purpose) for 25 euros a day 🤯 that is literally 5 euros less than hiring a car. This didn't make it much easier for us as we had a steep hill to get up each night and she is quite a large woman. On many occasions I thought we was both going to be rolling down the hill, this was supposed to fulfill one of my mums final wishes, a family holiday, she told me she just felt like a burden. The rooms if big enough was ok, comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, shower gel, 1 2 English channels on TV (news) was bearable. However, each day we hung the sign on our door to have our mini fridge restocked and this didn't happen once? I'm not quite sure why? To be honest I got the feeling that the staff just didn't like us 😕 which as you can imagine made us quite uncomfortable. The beach I cannot fault at all it was absolutely beautiful and literally on the hotels doorstep, managed to get sun loungers no problem each day. The sea also is stunning beautiful colours and beautiful sunsets each night. The weather also was in the 20s each day which was a very pleasant suprise. The pizza bar by the beach was great freshly made pizzas and salads was very nice and the downstairs barman seemed friendly. We also tried the mock tails and milkshakes at an extra cost (4 euros) was worth a treat. The upstairs restraunt had plenty of options and the food was enjoyed by the majority of the party. Always seemed to have something available for fussy eaters and the English pallette. To eat on the balcony with a sea view was a really treat. The nighttime entertainment was also very good always translated to English to so we could all understand some fab dance acts. don't cater for British and entertainment was the worse ive had at a hotel restaurant staff was good .New year eve was fantastic .but I wouldn't book this hotel again we've booked another hotel for this Christmas who cater for British and have good night entertainment

There are two things which makes this hotel absolutely horrible: arrogant people, working in hotel, and very busy road just next to the place (you can hear the noise even with closed windows). On top of that, people speak almost no English. Hotel itself has no territory, the beach is overcrowded. The room is OK, but the bed was too small for two people. The food was OK, but not a big variety. Honestly, I'm surprised they consider it as 5 stars hotel. I've seen 4 stars much better in Turkey.

I agree with everything in review that Crackerjack 2423 wrote except for one thing The room I had was 2star at most . The skirting boards looked like a bad D I Y effort ,with paint on them . Whoever fitted shower ,was probably their first time . .The laminate flooring needed changing, a couple of years ago at least. Definitely resent paying 5star prices for a 4star hotel and 2 star bedrooms . Would not recommend . Needs reclassifying.

Stayed at the hotel for two weeks over Christmas and New year. Food was okay and service of staff good. The hotel guests were mainly German in their later years and the lobby resembled more of a German old people's home, people sleeping, staring at people or knitting and the room was very hot. Most of the staff spoke little or no English. Fortunately I speak German, so I was able to get by. There was only one cocktail included in the all-inclusive concept, all others have to be paid for as were branded drinks. Christmas was very disappointing. We had Turkey in some form or another virtually every day, ironically not on Christmas Day. However, New Year's Eve was excellent, they turned the lobby into one big party room, we all booked tables and they had a fantastic show, fireworks on the beach at midnight the bar was open till 3:00 a.m. our rooms were in the annex, which was accessed through a long tunnel under the road, which was quite a long walk. It was sometimes difficult to get a table for dinner because the dining room was split into two rooms, one of the rooms was used for the evening entertainment and so people used to hang on to the table for the entertainment. Some of the shows that they put on were good, others were average and catered more for the German guests. Accommodation was okay and cleaned daily to a good standard. There is a fridge in the rooms which was stocked with soft drinks. Room safe had to be paid for, €2 per day. Free Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, if you wanted it in your room and the rest of the hotel it costs €2 a day. Would I return to this hotel? . . . No. Would I recommend this hotel? . . . No.

This has to be the worst hotel(I use that term loosely) it was more like a care home for the elderly and sick, it says on the description they speak English that's a lie, there was plenty of food if you like soup slop and pizza, there is no entertainment what so ever unless you like darts and bingo. It also said on the description 24 hour bar also not true, it was my first holiday with my new partner, the room we stayed the floor was absolutely disgusting not been mopped from the last unlucky tenant. When it rained there was water coming in the window and down the wall(had to ask for towels to soak the water up) myself and my partner both got some kind of bug from the delightful residents (sickness and diarrhea) the staff are rude and ignorant, I would not recommend this hotel to my ex mother in law(and I cant stand her). It says on a board outside they have an award for the cleanest beach what a joke, the infinity pool I wouldn't let a frog swim in it, the indoor heated pool again I use the term heated loosely as it wasn't heated at all, the waiters in the restaurant wiped the (clean cutlery) with their fingers, the glasses leave a lot to be desired. At most I would give this care home sorry I mean hotel a 2 star rating and I will not be returning.

Aska Just in Beach Review We were a group of five staying 6th-22nd March, each with our own room. This was my 78th hotel hotel stay in Antalya Province since 1999. All comments are therefore relative to my other stays. Orientation Our private transfer from Antalya Airport took approx 1hr 20 mins (1hr 40 on the return). The hotel is reached via the D400 all the way from the airport, going 100m past the hotel then doubling back along a slip road to its entrance. The reception desk nearest the entrance and the lobby bar just beyond. Opposite the lobby bar is the entrance to the restaurant. Also on this level is the indoor pool and ‘a la carte restaurant’ which only served as the library and card room during our stay. The hotel is mid-sized, spread over three buildings with blocks A & B tightly sandwiched between the D400 motorway and the beautiful, sandy Incekum/Avsallar beach. Block C is the ‘annexe’ on the other side of the D400, accessible by guests via a tunnel that runs from the basement level of Block B. All public areas are on the ground and basement levels of Blocks A & B and in between them. There are no public rooms in, or external entrance to, Block C. Block A is the one ‘end-on’ in the photos and is home to most of the ’side sea view’ rooms (sea only visible from the balcony), Block B has most of the ‘sea view’ rooms (some sea visible from inside the room) and direct sea view rooms as well as most of the balcony-less ‘land view’ rooms overlooking the D400 among them the only wheel-chair accessible rooms. On the basement floor (‘B’ in the lifts) there are the shops (photo service, leather tailor, optical shop, ‘general’ shop and hairdressers), doctor’s office, gym, spa and a currently closed mini-club. The basement is the access to the outside pool area with pool bar and snack bar (with its own kitchen & dedicated chef). Floors 1+ in blocks A & B are solely guest rooms. And that is it - it is a relatively small and straightforward hotel to navigate. Food & Drinks Generally excellent quality and very tasty. At breakfast there are always eggs (fried, scrambled, boiled, Turkish menemen and omelettes cooked to order), selections of cheeses, salads, breads, cereals, cold meats, fruit, sweet breads, a milk-based dish (porridge, porridge with fruit & nuts, rice pudding, etc.), coffees, Turkish tea, cordials or fresh juice (at an extra charge). At lunch and dinner, there is always fish and a choice of meat dishes, a daily special, cooked veg, pasta & sauces, soups, breads, range of pizzas, chips, then a range of sweets and fruit. Everything is very tasty - quite a change from the usual hotel blandness. Drinks at lunch and dinner are waiter-served, breakfast drinks are a mix of waiter-service and queuing at the tea/coffee drinks station. The snack bar near the pool bar is a real treat with a totally dedicated chef that will make a pizza and fresh chips to order besides the prepared items in the bain-maries. There is also grilled

Odalarda ve plajda ücretli. Otopark krizi var resmen. Otele girisimiz esnasında curcuna vardı resmen. Tek şeritli yol var ve yolun kenarinda boş park yeri bulmak zorundasınız. Otelin otoparkı yok. Tamam oranin genel sorunuymus ve otelin alanı kısıtlı ama bunun çözülmesi gerek. İnsanlar tatile gelip park yeri bulamıyor. 40-50 derece sıcak havada lobi harici soğuk yer bulmak imkansiz. Restoranin içerideki bölümü bile sicak. Yani 5 yıldızlı otelin yemek yenilen bölümün buz gibi olması gerekir ama hava sıcak yemek yenilen yerde sıcak olunca pek keyifli olmuyor yemek yemesi. Ki o Kadar uğraşılmış ve güzel, bol çeşit yemek varken eksi haneye yazıyor bu durum. Yemek saati biter bitmez garsonlar hemen klimayi kapatıyor yangından mal kaçırır gibi. Olmaz bu. Yanlış. Kokteyl çeşitleri arttirilmali. 4 çeşit kokteylin olması yetmiyor.

Жили в Aska с 13 октября 2024 в течение 10 дней. Отель небольшой. Территории особо нет. Номера обычные. Ничего особенного. Мебель можно сказать - "уставшая". Лифты тоже "уставшие", но все есть и все работает. Одеялы в номере были. Боковой вид на море. Небольшой балкон. Шум от дороги есть, но никаких проблем с из-за шума у нас не было. Пляж очень хороший. Море замечательное. Вода очень теплая. Жары нет. Погода сказочная. Еда хорошая. Раки, рыба, мясо, овощи и фрукты - все есть. Соседи - 75% пожилые немцы. Тоже никакх проблем с ними, конечно, не было. Для детей развлечения только по минимуму, но в целом можно рекомендовать для спокойного отдыха на море.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehr renovierungsbedürftig, ich hatte einen All inclusive Urlaub gebucht, doch leider findet das Hotel viele Möglichkeiten die Gäste für kleine Extras zur Kasse zu bitten. Zimmersafe, W LAN im Zimmer, Original Alkoholische Getränke u.s.w kosten extra und das nicht wenig 2,-€ pro Tag für Zimmersafe, genauso viel für W-LAN im Zimmer, geht garnicht. Nun zum Essen: es gibt eine gute Auswahl, leider aber nicht wirklich heiß, von der Menge her jedoch ist es wirklich ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Würde ich wieder hier her kommen ? Definitiv JA denn das Personal ist wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit und meine Frau möchte mit mir hier hin.

Подбирала отель по отзывам, также в одной из статей в интернете на этот отель сослались как на оздоровительный с детокс-программой. Ну вот и ехала оздоровиться, поскольку российские санатории по цене дороже. Оздоровления и детокса не нашла, а с санаторием здесь общего - это только контингент гостей. Преимущественно 60+, и в основном немцы. Это не было минусом, скорее наоборот, они спокойно и культурно без шума отдыхали. Начну с НЕДОСТАТКОВ. У туроператора отель был обозначен как 5* и он был по цене несколько дороже других 5*, где мы отдыхали ранее. Поэтому ожидания были, что и сервис будет не хуже тех отелей. Мы спонтанно вырвались на недельку, по билетам без багажа, поэтому я ничего из мыльно-рыльного с собой не брала. В номере не оказалось зубных наборов, халатов, куска мыла (только жидкое в тюбике на стене). Ладно, думаю, спрошу на ресепшене, ведь даже в самых захудалых трёшках это предоставляли по запросу. Ан нет.... ни зубные наборы, ни халаты не предоставляют. И каково же было мое разочарование, когда оказалось что и в душе на стене бачок с шампунем/гелем для душа 2 в 1. Кондиционера для волос, молочка для тела тоже не предусмотрено. После солёного моря моя шевелюра по пояс обещала не расчесаться, поэтому пришлось идти в супермаркет покупать помимо зубной пасты и щеток, еще и бальзам для волос, половину которого выкинешь, потому что обратно в ручную кладь не пустят. Тоже самое с ватными дисками и палочками, которые в единственном экземпляре были предоставлены при заселении и потом не пополнялись при уборке. В номерах нет одеял. Укрываться предлагают белыми покрывалами/пледами. Они тонкие, не греют, поэтому если у Вас партнер как у меня, которому надо конционер похолоднее в номере, а Вы мерзляк - то готовьтесь к вечным спорам. Более того, покрывала предоставлены без пододеяльника. Я не видела у горничных, что они меняют в номерах покрывала. Но если не видела, это ж не значит что не делают. Но мыслишки о негигиеничности и о том, кто и что делал на этих покрывалах, меня не оставляли. Стены очень тонкие. Мы слышали как храпит в соседнем номере дедуля. И не только храпит))) То что wi-fi бесплатный только в лобби, мы знали. Но он бесполезен. Очень плохая связь вечерами, потому что все сидят там. Приходилось брать платный, но и он всё равно периодически сбоил. Ну и К ПЛЮСАМ. Номера чистые, не убитые. Сантехника работала исправно. Пляж чудесный. Чистый, очень комфортный заход, ни камушка не встретили, вода прозрачная. И деткам, и старикам хорошо. Из турецких пляжей где мы были - у этого отеля самый лучший. Относительно хорошее расположение. Недалеко пешком до рыночка по средам, где можно купить фрукты или вещи. Магазины все недалеко. Аниматоры отрабатывали на 100%. Питание было вкусным и разнообразным, всё что пробовали - нам нравилось. Голодными не оставались, видно что кухня отрабатывает на все 200%. И рыба, и мясо несколько видов, много зелени, овощи, фрукты, бомбические десерты. Официанты тоже все приветливые, оперативно но
