The hotel rated as 5 star but I truly feel it is 4 or 4.5 star. The room is spacious and bathroom is clean and big although this is old hotel....however, the facility for leisure needs to improve like gym facility as the equipment a bit outdated and old The laundry room is good enough. The lobby might have to make more grand since it is 5 star hotel

The location of this hotel is quite near to the Wuyi Square and IFS. It is very near metro station. The environment of hotel and hotel services is nice.

Room was modern and newly renovated although the windows and lifts looked dated. Clean and very spacious. Excellent shower and bidet. Breakfast spread had lots of variety and coffee was good.

This is good location hotel that I would recommend. Near the subway station and massage place. Also they provide Butler Service to customers, this is a plus for us to explore the city. Mini is our Butler Service person who provides us a lot of useful information, tips, and also help us solve the problem we had. Look for Mini if you decide to choose this hotel!

no one speaks english, they were not helpful and friendly at all. they did not try to help with my questions. the wall room was so thin that you could hear every movement outside of the room plus the widow was broken and can't be closed. not worst the price. breakfast was also nothing written in english and bo one heöped

第一次來長沙，印象真不錯！慶幸我們選擇了地理位置超好的長沙荔高尊享酒店。從長沙南高鐵站轉乘長沙地鐵2號線，迎賓路口8號出站不到3分鐘就到酒店，非常的方便。酒店迎賓員主動接過我們的行李箱去登記；酒店的客服李婷美女特別熱情在一樓登記處等候，她一路給予入住指引，進入房間又詳細介紹了生活設施的功能和使用。她從我們預訂酒店後就一直保持聯繫，每天給我們發來天氣預報和出行提醒。由於氣候的問題，我過敏性鼻炎復發，她趕緊給我補充了幾包紙巾，噓寒問暖讓我感受到如家的温暖！三張單床的入住條件剛好滿足我們的需求。房間夠大，智能馬桶還配有一次性馬桶墊，沐浴室有淋浴流程提醒，處處傳遞着酒店的濃濃愛意，很貼心！最值得稱讚是積分換早餐，地道美食與中西精點琳琅滿目，符合小資的我們，這幾天我們的胃都裝滿了荔高人的盛情和用心！第二天我們去韶山，李婷又讓保潔員送上濕紙巾和小吃。第三天送上時令水果一盤，推門而進，暖暖的愛意撲面而來，感動不已！今天退房前又送上酒店精心製作的泡菜，在高鐵上我們忍不住開吃了，長沙荔高人的關愛令人回味無窮！五星好評長沙荔高尊享酒店👍👍👍！五星好評李婷美女和荔高所有的星級服務👍👍👍！相信我，來長沙一定要選擇荔高尊享酒店！感謝遇見🌹🌹🌹

很棒的體驗，環境，服務，衞生各方面都很不錯。剛開始計劃出行的時候看到了長沙真的很多酒店，各種網紅酒店，民宿之類的。但是最終還是選擇了比較傳統正常的酒店入住。主要是考慮到衞生，房間大小和安全問題。那些網紅酒店民宿之類的很多都是跟別的酒店或者辦公樓，其他公司共用一棟大樓感覺不安全也不方便，而且房間都偏小，大都是19-28平的。荔高酒店房間電梯都要刷房卡，而且酒店對面是省軍區，很安心啊，房間也挺大的。哈哈哈。入住之前酒店管家Jenny李婷就提前聯繫了我，入住時候加了微信，給我發了交通訊息，酒店訊息，還有旅遊訊息，真的很棒，很熱情。房間打掃的大姐也很細心，熱情，還給我們準備了一些小物品。酒店自助早餐也很豐富，中式西式都有，服務人員也很熱情健談。送的剁椒魚頭券當天中午就用了，在風吹洞庭餐廳，味道很不錯，還有餐廳的一個拌飯特別好吃。最後退房那天前台小姐姐還送了小禮物，很有特色的書簽。因為那天是母親節Jenny還給我和媽媽送了康乃馨。送的下午茶也很不錯，七月茶館的小姐姐也很nice。本人之前在境外國際星級酒店做了十年的酒店管理，在長沙荔高酒店三天兩晚的入住體驗真的很不錯了，服務很好，遇到的每位員工都很熱情，熱心。而且酒店性價比超高。很棒，推薦。

很滿意，衞生很乾凈整潔，環境很好，服務非常熱情，尤其是酒店的管家jenny小姐姐，發送攻略和美食指南，很用心，還會提醒當日的天氣情況，酒店設施設備很齊全，有健身房，自助洗衣房，行政酒廊，風吹洞庭中餐廳，周邊交通很方便，去景區有地鐵可以直達，下次來長沙還會考慮入住她們家。
