A cidade velha é pequena então por mais que o hotel fique em um canto da cidade, o hotel fica a poucos minutos andando das principais atrações. As instalações do hotel são ótimas. Café da manhã muito bom com bastante variedade. O estacionamento fica embaixo do hotel e custa 17 euros. Quarto bem confortável.

The hotel was in a terrific location. It was quiet and tidy. We had a pretty view. The staff was helpful, especially the bartender who cheerfully opened a bottle of wine for us that we bought at a local winery!

We had a 3 hour blackout the first night and no hotel explanation. AC/Heater did not work properly. Room had a stuffy smell

The only hotel that I know of in Avignon which has a designated Drop off point. Staff excellent.

This is not a 4-star hotel. Lucky if an independent observer would give it 2-stars. I ended up leaving.

From the selection of Mercure hotels we had during our trip, this was the best one, except the weird huge parkinglot, it’s just ridiculous. We were instructed to park at level 3 of this public parkinglot. Ofcourse everybody wants to park there, so we ended up at a much further level, with no elevator and had to walk with heavy luggage through a maze of staircases and hallways. So not cool for a first timer.
