Ulasan Austin Southpark Hotel

My stay at the Austin Southpark Hotel was perfect. Please advise senior management they have all their ducks in a row. The lobby was fantastic, the recessed bar was an interesting touch, and the front desk staff were courteous and responsive. Breakfast twice at the restaurant was just what I needed to start the day. Restaurant staff were also courteous, and the breakfast was prepared properly. The room was clean as expected with all the amenities. The next time I am in Austin I will definitely return.

It is comfy & good breakfast

I stayed here for 6 nights to attend SXSW. It was a very clean and well-maintained hotel. It was also easily accessible, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. I included breakfast, and it was a buffet for 3 days, and I had to order for the remaining 6 days. Is this a true American breakfast...?! It was so voluminous that I couldn't finish it, but the staff were very helpful and I was very satisfied!

It's really bad. I've never stayed in a hotel with such poor service. I booked for 3 nights, and the sanitation hasn't been cleaned until the third day. We contacted the front desk, and the front desk said that there are few staff members, and they are off work now. Nani? The lack of staff is the reason for not cleaning the room? **ah! Then I went to have breakfast on the last day, and waited to go to the airport after eating. As a result, I waited for more than an hour for breakfast, and finally left without eating. I'm speechless!
