Muy mala la atención de parte de la muchacha que me atendió el primer día

The fact that is a cheap hotel doesnt mean that hasnt be a clean place, rooms are the worst, bathrooms were not cleaned, roaches all over the place, flies, walls stained, pets are not allowed and you can see pets everywhere, are you pet friendly or not? Staff doesnt care about anything the recepcionist told me that flies in the room are not a enough reason to have my room changed! The place needs to be cleaned and sanitized asap

My wife and I did not stay at the Hotel there were to many people wandering the grounds and the Manager was Rude and Irresponsible and our Keys that were given to us did not open our Room that were give to us twice so we decided it was unsafe and went to stay Next door at Clarion Hotel for 128.00 a night which was a little expensive for one night.

******* gave options to with pay low or pay at the hotel. I chose the latter. My reservation was canceled by the hotel as I did not pay in advance!!! No ail or text message of payment or cancellation was sent. ******* needs to be better connected with hotels.

Roaches everywhere. Completely infested. Dirty stained sheets with cigarette burns in them.

They cancelled my reservation and the hotel is fully booked

As I entered the property there were roaches and dirt everywhere and also no bed sheet linen's, no toiletries either. I do not recommend I ended up leaving this location I did not stay the night!

This property was not cleaned properly, there were roaches everywhere

It was filthy and lived-in. There were hairs on the shower drain. Scratches in the toilet bowl and on the kitchen drain filter. I even had to buy a pair of flip-flops to walk in the hotel. Apparently the hotel is short on staff, but no guest should have to stay in filth.
