Hi team, overall it was great stay for 2 days. Here are some points for you to improve 1. Room- in 207 there was drainage issue. Every time we had a bath bathroom was flooded. 2. Power backup- you must improve on power back up, during power cut it took 5-7 seconds for the power back up to come in. 3. Communication - one night dinner buffet was not available. As a in house guest it would have been better that I knew about it in advance. 4. Activities- if possible get kids play area, add some inventory to swimming pool like volleyball etc. 5. Add some goodies for kids at the time of checkin or checkout. In the end Thank you for the amazing hospitality and service, right from the moment we arrived the staff ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere...The comfortable and lavish accommodation, delicious dinning options ,from latitude's friendly staff who took care of our babies infact chef was preparing food for my babies and yes of-course your impeccable housing staff under mishraji exceeded my expectations... I'm just awestruck by the behavior, service,humbleness of ihm -a staffs(students).I was really really impressed with how smoothly everything was organized by Taj Hotels staffs and the friendly demeanor of your staff including housekeeper gazana kaka ..Latitude staff sheetal n Raina in the main desk n kajal too...Once again thank you for providing such a delightful stay ❤️..

Very nice hotel and very appreciative staff specially Sachin on pool very helpful guy ,and amar from security incharge help us to go to shoping , also immediate service is provided we asked for Colgate it was given in 2 minutes we will definitely visit the hotel again.

Very polite and helpful staff. The breads tasted so fresh.😋 Chef told me they bake fresh everyday. One of the best hospitalities I have experienced. My flight got delayed and I had already checked out.The staff swa me and offered to check in to get some rest. Very understanding and mindful people.

Excellent staff. Great meals. Good car service. Clean rooms and clean public spaces. We would return to the property if we are in Auranghabad again. Safe and quiet location . Wooded surroundings add to charm to the hotel. We also spent time during late evenings in the garden enjoying cool breeze.

Fab fab 👌food..and the way Chef Sainath comes to you and take care of you with folded hands! Abhijit who made world best Dosa's for me and Vaishnavi - the way she served us...you guys have such warmth as if we are guests at home! And above all - Rubin, despite being drenched, you came with a big smile for a quick service. We apologize for the inconvenience, but you assured us, "It's okay, sir!" Happy experience - excellent staff service - satisfactory food spread and choice - good comfortable rooms - quite a lot of space by way of lawns. We did not use Travel Desk facilities of the hotel. Gym was good but did not use the pool. View from our Balcony was very soothing.

We went on 4 day family vacation to Aurangabad and was glad to have selected Taj Vivanta. We were greeted by courteous staff. Esther was amazing. She gave us amazing tour of the hotel. They were gracious enough to accommodate our early checkin request and gave us 4 rooms. One of the highlights of the hotel was their restaurant, Latitude. Every breakfast and dinner we were greeted by smiling and welcoming faces of Shital, Dhiraj, Santosh, Viashnavi, Vikram. Chef Sainath accommodated all our request to provide extremely satisfying dining experience. Special shoutout to Kshitija for special ginger masala tea. Excellent rooms, excellent facilities, beautiful ambiance, amazing food and top class staff!

We had one of our most memorable vacation courtesy Vivanta- Aurangabad. From Arrival till check out each and every staff member were ever smiling and helpful.. Mr Kishor at travel desk helped us a lot in planning our outing. Miss kajal was very kind in offering her help.. Chef Sainath ,Chef Dhodi ,sheetal , Santosh & Bhagwat they all made of each meal extraordinary and too good. They made of anniversary eve extra special by preparing a special mango cake . Overall it was extraordinary services and delicious delicacies…

Overall pleasant stay.. lovely ambience... cooperative & humble staff... rooms are spacious & comfortable.. breakfast menu was elegant.. food quality was A-1... rooms are overlooking the garden & naturally provide a soothing experience...

Excellent service provided by team One of my best stays and the staff goes out of their comfort zone to make u happy The showers do need refurbishing and the rooms too But the hospitality of the staff makes up for all The food is nice as well and the bar is comfy

The overall stay was good. Having said that, when we booked Deluxe Allure Suite, we had a certain expectation of the accommodation. But there were no relevant and enough number of photos available on your website to know in advance what we were booking. When we checked into the suite, it was actually a disappointment since instead of a real suite experience, what we saw was just two normal hotel rooms adjacent to each other with the first one converted to living room. As a result, though there was space, we actually did not feel the premiumness of the stay. Hence, you should try to really overhaul this category of accommodation and also enable guests in advance with relevant photos on your website and Tata Neu.
