La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Augusta/Fort Eisenhower

We were not able to check in as the hotel could not find the reservation made thru ******* so we had to pay again out of our pocket to make the reservation. We need this booking refunded by *******

The reviews had me on the fence and nervous about my reservations, however my family and I enjoyed our weekend there in the family suite. The halls did smell like smoke on arrival, however our family suite was super clean and very spacious. The next morning once housekeeping was cleaning other rooms the hall had a much more pleasant smell. There were a few black ants in the suite, but it wasn't too many. Overall I would definitely book it again.

Had the smell of **** my bed had hair in it i was told it would be taken care of never was

This was the nicest room I've stayed in at this location since I have been coming to this city.

It was very nice and comfortable I would recommend family and friends to stay there.

I stayed twice in this hotel. The first time I was charged $500 per night and it the only place to stay. I was there for my brothers funeral during Masters week from out of state and had no choice.$2000 for a room that nobody came and took my trash out of or made my bed much less changed my sheets. The second time was cheaper for my sisters wedding but still no beds made or changed and no trash taken out

Upon arrival the place looking clean and nice. The room were huge. We settled in for the night and while laying in bed a bug crawled across the sheet. We turned on the light and to our surprise it was a bed bug. So we pulled back the mattress and there was and infestation of bedbugs. Some crawling around and some dead. So n the middle of the night we packed our things went across the hall and woke and packed up our kids so we could get out of there. We went to the front desk and requested a full refund of both rooms. We were told that since we booked through ******* we would have to get our money back through our ******* account. After talking with the front desk attendant we left the the walking at 12:30 midnight across the street to another hotel. This was and awful experience.

Terrible customer service. Breakfast area not well maintained, no food prepared during breakfast hours.

staff sleeping in the lobby , asked for someone to fix the TV , was told someone will be on the way , they never came... House keeping would just walk in after one knock in the morning , one full size towel , took the ac 3 days to get under 72 degrees , juice machine didn't work for breakfast,took me 30 min to check in because no one was at the front desk. Employee manning front desk was mostly outside with her significant other , while ppl stood waiting for assistance.
