The hotel is very clean, the location is good, the breakfast is very good, and the restaurant can see the Acropolis ruins from afar. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. Because I arrived in the early morning, the taxi driver overcharged me and switched the package for 100 euros. I encountered setbacks when I complained to the police. The front desk assisted in the online complaint, but no feedback has been received so far.

The staff, on top of being professional and efficient are friendly, helpful and very responsive to our needs I enjoyed staying with them

Great hotel, perfect location. Easy to get to all the main things you want to see, do, and eat. Staff is friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is big and the view in the morning form the 8th floor is picturesque!

The room is large, fully equipped, and you can cook your own meals. It is close to the subway and the Acropolis, and is convenient for walking. There are also many small shops downstairs. Recommended. There are also two USB mobile phone charging sockets in the room, which is very convenient

It is a very nice hotel , we got the best service due to every staff with a big smile and give any suggestions for travel, such as transportation and location of the spot , amazing view to Acropolis at the top floor of hotel ,every morning we enjoyed our delicious breakfast strongly recommend one to tourists, even if a bit far from the metro station , but it is worth to be there , quiet and cozy place , for the room is not big, but it’s reasonable price , I will visit it Athens again and stay this hotel again .

The room is nice, but the door of the room does not fit the door blocker shown in the picture below. There are many places to eat around, and it is very close to various attractions. You can see the temple at the breakfast place, which is pretty good!

Getting to the hotel was easy. There was a man who seemed to be a homeless person in a vacant lot nearby, but there were restaurants nearby so I don't think it was that dangerous. The staff were very kind and gentle. The restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel was wonderful! There was a welcome drink service. It seems to turn into a bar 🍸 at night. The view from the rooftop was also amazing. The room was clean. It was compact but spacious enough. There was a refrigerator, kettle, and amenities. It was comfortable. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel is located on a small road in the old town, between the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, and it takes no more than ten minutes to walk to both. The Acropolis can be seen on the left side of the balcony in the Acropolis-view room. The surrounding area is safe, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and there are small roads nearby, so you can avoid the strong sun in Athens by walking on the small roads. The hotel facilities are old and do not meet the domestic five-star standards. The breakfast is not bad, but freshly squeezed orange juice must be ordered separately from the waiter.

Amazing hotel! The personnel working here from the reception to the housekeeping - very helpful, warm and always with smiles! Location is superb! Walking to Acropolis and Plaka. Nearby there are lots of eateries, cafes, mini markets. Room is super clean and they even care for small details such as facial makeup remover wipes and earbuds in case you are a super light sleeper. There is a very good coffee machine and choices of teas too. When the housekeeper saw that we had two bottles of wines she even cared to put two wine glasses after the first cleaning. Another plus point is the amazing view of Acropolis from the Level 5 Terrace! They even provide a corner at the lobby - coffee machine and an airfryer for guests use! Really care for small details but it means a lot. We stayed for 5N and never regretted it! Thank you KONIAMA ACROPOLIS! ❤️ Definitely will be back again and staying longer!

Although the rooms are small, they are still quite clean and tidy! The hotel breakfast is quite rich, yogurt and coffee, bread + bacon and cheese, very delicious. Honey is added to yogurt and coffee, which is natural and delicious. The front desk, room service and restaurant staff are very warm and friendly. There are many attractions and restaurants near the hotel. Food, accommodation and transportation are perfect
