As there was not enough information offered to arrive at the apartment, we were dragging our luggages from train station all the way up to the apartment. It took quite a bit of effort with our luggages and the uphill walking. This is not a nice encounter, that said, we were greeted by a nice manager who has waited for us till quite late. The apartment is lovely, bed is comfortable, linen and towels were top quality. It may be great to have a slightly larger bathroom / toilet as the glass door of the shower compartment kept banging against the toilet bowl. We were welcomed by a big cockroach in the bathroom but we managed to flash it down the toilet ! Finally, I have just received an invoice for Euro 1.50 per day and its in Greek and I was being charged without knowing what it was.

This place was great! Our flight was cancelled from Heathrow so we arrived to Athens around 2AM. The driver was still ordered for us to transfer us to the hotel. Upon arrival the host was very friendly and helpful. He provided local recommendations for restaurants and transportation. The apartment was very clean, large, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and plenty of apartment amenities like coffee and dishes were provided. The apartment was within 5-10 min walk of Acropolis and Museum plus some great little bars/breakfast spots. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again :)

Avoid the crowds and live like a local in a pristine modern apartment with everything you need. Our top-floor one-bedroom had a well-equipped kitchen and a romantic little balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the street. Easy walking distance to the Acropolis, museums, and city-center shopping and dining. Even better, walkiaround the lovely residential neighborhood with supermarket, unique small shops, and great cafes. All guests can enjoy the downstairs patio with picnic table. And, most importantly, enjoy the welcoming, helpful advice of Albert, the manager. He will explain everything from how to turn on the ceiling fan to where to get the best breakfast and find the closest laundromat. He even arranged van transportation for our group of 12 to the airport, saving everyone many €€€€.

We received a very warm welcome when arriving, got great and caring service and a very clean and large room in a nice and quiet area. We got a good introduction of the area, restaurants etc. Close walking distance to Acropolis. We will definitely go back.

We received a warm welcome from Albert who was happy to help us with information and recommendations which were all good. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well located being within easy walking distance to the Acropolis and other historical sights. Highly recommended.

I loved staying here as it had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable - the location the neighbourhood Koukaki was also perfect, safe and walking distance to everything. Minutes walk from acropolis, restaurants and cafes (The Little Tree Book and Cofee cafe my favourite ) and shops. I also took a trolley from nearby to go to other parts of Athens which was very convenient. The manager and his wife were delightful and assisted me with all my needs. Very friendly and lovely - highly recommended. I will come back for sure - this is a true Gem:)

Great hosts Albert and Xenofon! The difference is in the details and the 2 of you really made this happen. The place is cozy and big enough for 2 or 3 people, well located in the center of Athens close to everything! The place has all the amenities and also a local delivery for dinner and breakfast 😋😋😋
