Zan Moreas, A Simple & Minimal Apartment

Location, location, location!!! This is the only reason to stay here. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Acropolis and all the other amazing historical sites. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars close by. The subway station is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. 5 stars for location. The accommodation itself is not good. The wifi does not work at all; therefore, the TV could not be used either. The bed was broken, the sockets were hanging off the wall and the air conditioner did not work very well. There is a washing machine, which is handy for a long stay. The host did respond to our requests to fix the bed the night we arrived and to provide enough towels and bedding for a family. However, it should not be the guest's responsibility to have to continually ask for things that are a standard part of the booking. There were cockroaches in the entrance to the building and on the stairs. Thankfully, there were none in the apartment. There are so many places to stay in this area, so I recommend taking your time to find something better.
