Location a bit out from the City center, and the hotel surrounded felt a bit worrying to walk about. Old hotel, and really need to upgrade.

The room was very spacious. Breakfast was really nice and there are lots of options to choose. The staff were really polite. Lobby was spacious and the bar area was also good. The beds were comfortable and large enough. Everything was great.

Good food at breakfast. Nice location. Great lounge on 10th floor. Must go and spend the evening there watching the view.

it is not good the swimming pool is not open, and no one tell us before we arriving. the location is good, take a taxi you can easily get The Temple of Athena and other core attractions. one more word, i like the bar very much, also the breakfast is perfect.The service is also very good.

Stayed 2 nights here, in general speaking it's good. If the staffs are more proactive to help with luggage would be the best. Room is a bit old style but bigger enough. And u can see the acropolis through room windows. The breakfast is nice and lots of options.

Although it is close to station like 7mins walk, the area is horrible, poor district, smelly across to the street with very nice bakery. Hotel breakfast is very good. Room size is ok. Many business related people are in the lobby (very noisy) and it takes long time to check in or ask one question. Receptionist - very poor English! Construction noisy in afternoon (2-4pm) Gym and Spa both are old and dirty! Guess that’s athen’s level.

I was there for three days with family the hotel very safe, and the room is big and very clean, the breakfast is internation buffet, it was amazing. the stuff was. helpful and they made quicker check in, and they give me late checkout, the location is very close to acropolis and to the busy area I was forgotten 1700 USD.in the safe box. and the manager he holds it and keep. that I was very glad for what they do, I am very recommend it. defiantly I will back again

Beautiful hotel close to the heart of Athens. Service is what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Very clean rooms, great breakfast and a pool make this the perfect choice when staying in Athens.

洲際一如既往的優質服務贏得客户的信賴， 交通便利離衞城約步行25分鐘周邊高速公路直接可以駕車出行， 酒店內設商務標準中規中矩，唯一欠缺的就是客服提供的洗漱用品不是很齊全 衹能靠當綠色環保了

酒店各項服務還是尚可，但是環境處於一個大型立交橋的下面，所以周圍非常嘈雜，交通環境對行人極為不友好。離店後，酒店前台部門私下裡用我的信用卡，盜刷了我458.04歐元，我和攜程都非常震驚，這不僅僅是嚴重的行業違規操作，更加是涉嫌盜竊，是違法犯罪行為。攜程為我墊付了3400多人民幣的房費返還，並進一步索要相應賠償，因為為了聯繫返還款，使我在春節旅行期間，耗費大量精力和時間，搞得心情非常不好👎。而至今，十天了，洲際酒店還尚未撤銷洲際酒店對我的458.04歐元的惡意盜刷！洲際酒店裡麪大部分都是中國客人，不知道有多少遊客這樣挨宰，這種在客人離店以後，盜刷客人信用卡的盜竊行為為洲際酒店帶來了不少非法財富，為人不齒！
