This hotel not 5 stars Service they are provide is only 2 or 3 stars I don't advice any one to come here The doors are closed with keys, not magnetic cards like any hotel.. The towels are not clean and there is no center for towels at the swimming pools. They will leave you two towels on the bed, two extra ones, to use them when you go to the swimming pools, and you cannot change them.. You will be surprised in the morning that the types of food offered are few and you have no choices.. For example, there is no brown toast.. there is no diet sugar.. there is no salad.. there is no coffee machine.. the types of food offered are not fresh.. this is not a hotel at all.. the staff is trying to please you, but it is clear that the problem is with the management Who knows nothing about how it could be the hotels management
