One of the best hotels in Central Asia, it has been open for five or six years but it doesn't look old, it looks like it has only been open for one or two years. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with some small details of Kazakh ethnic flavor. The welcome amenities are also rich, including wine, chocolate, snacks, etc. The butlers at St. Regis are very enthusiastic, and the service staff speaks very good English and is very professional. A good hotel in the city center. Responsive, helpful, young, hospitable, multilingual reception staff. Delicious breakfast, second only to Turkish hotels of this level. Dedicated parking nearby. An extra bed for a child is no problem. Booking through Trip.com is tens of percent cheaper than through the same ***********.

The hotel was situated near the city center and was quite affordable compared to other more expensive hotel chains (i.e. Ritz Carlton & Sheraton). The hotel facilities are clean and the services spoke good English and were helpful in our inquiries. Outside the hotel you can find many restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance. Best part of our stay was the breakfast buffet which offered an assortment of delicacies that varied each day in our stay--highly recommend staying here when in Astana as the value you get matches the price you pay!

特別好，整個都挺好的，我喜歡它家的游泳池和健身房，健身房很大，器材很多種，還有拳擊沙袋呢，游泳池水很清，旁邊還有桑拿房、熱水池，設施跟東北的洗浴中心差不多，很全。早餐非常好，我訂的房間是含早餐的，但那個長得像中國女生的服務員拿個賬單讓我簽，不知道啥意思，是要小費嗎？提個建議，房間冰箱裏和一樓酒吧都沒有哈薩克斯坦當地的啤酒。

The price/quality ratio is one of the best. Good location. The staff is a bit rude. Also, the air conditioners don't work, it's sooo hot to sleep. This makes you uncomfortable, you can't get enough sleep and your bed is wet. They don't clean until you ask. I called the reception to find out what's wrong with the air conditioner, they said the season is over and we've turned them off, we can advise you to open the window. The window doesn't blow anything at all, there's only more noise in the room

The hotel is new and modern. The bed linen is snow-white and pleasant! The mattress, pillows, blanket, are comfortable. The room states that the guest is offered two types of pillows: soft and hard, in fact, one type, but very comfortable) the room is clean, but initially cool, we solved it with the help of air conditioning. In the bathroom there is shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and a dental kit and other small things can be ordered at the reception ... there is a kettle, tea, sugar, granulated coffee, two bottles of water. There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is a buffet, delicious, there is plenty to choose from. Coffee only in capsules from a coffee machine. We asked at the reception for two additional bottles of water, they gave it to us without any problems) opposite the hotel there is a hypermarket, a bus stop, its own free parking. I recommend!

Of the three chain hotels I've been to in Astana, this one deserves first place. Excellent value for money. Everything is new, clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, great breakfast. On the downside, it's a bit far from the center and the shower has weak pressure.

There is also an umbrella borrowed from the front desk when it rains. After showing the room card to the waiter, he said that the deposit for one umbrella is 10,000 tenge, and two umbrellas are 20,000 tenge. I really can't understand this operation. How much is the price of an umbrella? And it is understandable that the hotel charges a certain deposit for guests staying in the hotel, but the fee is a bit outrageous! Overall, I was not in a good mood after staying for four nights. This hotel does not have what a star hotel should have!
