We decided to treat ourselves and stay in a five-star hotel for the New Year holidays. Rixos President Astana is real magic with attentive service and delicious, hearty breakfasts. We liked the spa complex with a large, clean pool. The only wish is that the Deluxe room lacked the ability to dry clothes.

The price/quality ratio is one of the best. Good location. The staff is a bit rude. Also, the air conditioners don't work, it's sooo hot to sleep. This makes you uncomfortable, you can't get enough sleep and your bed is wet. They don't clean until you ask. I called the reception to find out what's wrong with the air conditioner, they said the season is over and we've turned them off, we can advise you to open the window. The window doesn't blow anything at all, there's only more noise in the room

One of the best hotels in Central Asia, it has been open for five or six years but it doesn't look old, it looks like it has only been open for one or two years. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with some small details of Kazakh ethnic flavor. The welcome amenities are also rich, including wine, chocolate, snacks, etc. The butlers at St. Regis are very enthusiastic, and the service staff speaks very good English and is very professional. I will come again.

Advantages: There are many shopping malls within 3 kilometers, there is a supermarket downstairs, and there is a fast food restaurant opposite. Disadvantages: The room has a bathtub, and it is a bit inconvenient to take a shower. The breakfast is very ordinary and not as good as eating directly in the supermarket. The room is very large ～ that is, the furniture and design are the simple style of Europe before. It may be that the hotel is old. The corridor has a musty smell. The restaurant is well decorated, bright and clean. The food is mainly bread salad fruit. I also want to share, because I checked in that night, and a woman knocked on the door shortly after, and she didn't speak Chinese and English. I didn't understand it. I didn't dare to open the door at all. It was good to be cautious when going out.

Staff with remarkable kindness and professionalism. Very good breakfast with extended hours. The location of the hotel is very good, with excellent views and just a walk from the main attractions of this fascinating city. If I return to Astana, I will return to the Jumbaktas Hotel.

The hotel is just a little rest between the flights. They settled at 4 a.m., came to the room, the soul cabin was broken(the doors were broken, it was not possible to climb(((((( called to service, came a woman and thank God she managed to put them on the place, we washed .... walls of cardboard, long sleep will not be possible. The bed is made up of 2 small, which is uncomfortable! And the most amazing thing is that when registering we were asked to pay another 700 with something tenge like a tourist fee((((though we paid everything on the site. It was very unexpected (((()No photo from the hotel, as there is nothing to take pictures there
