Service was excellent. Rooms were nice. Pool and hot tub area were very disappointing. Murky and cold.

This place is a dump. We booked the Hyatt way in advance, confirming multiple times, including on the day of our arrival, that we would have 3 king beds. We were sent photos of a beautiful condo, and read great reviews. When we checked in, the place was in bad shape, and we didn’t have the 3 king beds. One room had old shabby twin beds, one had a queen. No manager was on staff… all week. We waited an hour and a half for the resort staff to call a manager when we checked in, but they were unable to even look at other accommodations for us. It’s been two weeks and we still have not received a call or email back. The booking agent has ignored us. The condition of the condo was in disrepair, and not something anyone should be expected to pay $9,000/ week for. The bed spread was torn, carpet was dirty and fraying, and windows were broken so you could not open them. A smashed cocktail glass was sitting in the middle of the drive and hit our tire- nobody was taking care of the grounds. This place is in disrepair- they are just collecting checks.

Excellent location, amazing service. Ski Locker with ski in out, covered garage, jacuzzi, heated pool. Different units have very different configurations and styles. Unit 19 where we stayed is gorgeous. The front desk guys are super nice, at the ski locker my son needed some help with his boots and also was super kindly helped. Managers Christy and Wasam out of this world helping us to solve any issues. For sure we will be back! I really recommend it!

This condo is everything you are looking! The views out of all of the windows were spectacular especially with the Aspen trees being prime. The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything needed to cook an amazing meal! Highly recommend!

Stayed at Woodrun place. The condo provided was very spacious, spread over four levels. However it is not on the slope (as advertised) and requires a decent walk to nearest lift location. Housekeeping services are good and offered on alternate days.

This property is a real gem. Would definitely stay here again. Quiet and comfy updated room. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Staff was great, helpful and responsive. Close to Aspen or stay and play in Snowmass Village.

Great place for a Mother/Daughter trip! The condo was super clean & comfortable and we appreciated having a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time - we stayed in room 47 which could use a face-lift, but over all for the price we paid it was super spacious and walking distance to the village (4 min) or there is a free shuttle from the office to the village. The pool was a lot of fun and we used the kitchen a lot. The only down-side to the room was that the entire unit 47 could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, but I still gave the place a 5 for location and space for the money. Would recommend.
