2nd time stayed here. Excellent dinner and breakfast buffet. Private Onsen in the room is superb. Will stay here agin the the next visit for sure.

The hotel is a little dated, but the private bath in the own room and also outside in the public area are quite clean. The dinner buffet was great as you can do your own barbecue. The breakfast buffet was amazing too. We like that it has the self service Yukata shelves as we can pick our own clothing colour style.

The hotel is a bit dated but clean. Most of the customers are Japanese locals. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style with a good selection of food. Very good value for the price. There are family baths available with no additional charges.

The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! I wasn't able to use the family bath this time, but the large public bath was comfortable and convenient. It was my first time trying on a yukata, and it was fun!

This is a ryokan with a great price-to-performance ratio. You must try the dinner buffet. Twice, three times. Karaoke is free and there are massage chairs. The private hot springs are unlimited, so it's great.

The buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was very good. The hot spring was also nice to relax in. However, there are some people, both foreigners and Japanese, who have bad manners. While it can't be helped, I would ask that you please follow the rules at your inn in Japan. Everything else was great.

The hotel is located near Aso Volcano, which is very good for self-tourists. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are very good. There is an all-you-can-drink buffet barbecue for dinner. There are many kinds of food. The A4 Wagyu beef is very delicious and worth a try.
