Premier Inn Ashford (Eureka Leisure Park)

Easy check in and wa welcome by the front of desk staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. We would stay again.

Great location we stayed overnight to visit Port Lympne the next day. Room was huge so my grandchildren were delighted and had loads of room to play

Hotel was as expected. Clean, basic with helpful friendly staff. Arranged 9am check-in when we arrived. Dinner at Beefeater was tasty and good value. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit salad and natural yoghurt. Staff on both occasions were particularly cheerful and friendly.

Friendly check in by staff- makes a change from automated check ins found in many premier inns. Generally a good experience but hotel could do with a clean of its exterior. Rooms fine but smaller than some other Premier Inns. Only complaint was very poor 4g and couldn’t get onto free wifi either. So if you really need mobile reception you’ll need to pay. Various chain restaurants and a cinema within a very short walk. Good breakfast at the beefeater next door- buffet is continental only but full English is cooked freshly to order. Very convenient for the M20 and onwards travel to ferries/euotunnel.

All good, as expected, quiet night, clean room and comfy bed, shower gel, hairdryer, tea & coffee provided. Lots of places to eat in the area, close to M20. Easy to park, friendly staff, fast check in would stay again.

We stayed in January for my birthday as we wanted an affordable place and honestly it was a great hotel. We had a comfortable stay, friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much. Perfect location too and has everything you need. We would definitely stay again.

We've been staying at this hotel as a stopover both to and from Eurotunnel since it was built, and it continues to be perfect for this. The hotel is very conveniently located and has a range of (fast) food choices around you. I do think the hotel is starting to show it's age though, it is clean but things are starting to get a bit beaten up, tiles have in grained dirt and the flooring is worn. Nothing that can't be fixed with a bit of a refresh, and nothing that should put you off. We inevitably will be back on our next adventure.

The hotel was so easy to find, I liked that there was plenty of things for us to do around the area. We loved the beefeater next to the hotel. Check in was quick and simple. Amy was on the reception and she was very friendly and helpful and she helped us book a taxi to go into the town. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and I can’t wait to come back. Thank You
