Chris and Sheri are the best! My son and I booked our stay for the weekend to volunteer with BeLOVEd Asheville. It was my son’s first b+b stay, and he is hooked! He told my mom about everyone we shared a table with at breakfast, and how soft the bed was. He is looking forward to the next trip as much as I am! The house is gorgeous! Every room is special! Coming after it is decorated for Christmas is like a Hallmark movie! We will definitely be back!

Terrific B&B - It’s a beautiful home, very clean and comfortable and well taken care of. The Montford neighborhood is awesome. Chris and Sheri are excellent innkeepers - so welcoming and warm. We stayed in the Celebration suite and loved it! We saw a peek of the Wright Suite and it is beautiful - maybe our next stay!!

This was our 4th visit to the Wright Inn, and as always it was a great time! We planned a weekend getaway for a little rest and relaxation from our busy day to lives. The Wright Inn is the perfect place to stay. The rooms are inviting and the decor is just perfect. Chris and Sheri are great inn keepers, from amazing breakfasts to just chatting it up. We enjoyed spending time at the Inn, from walking around the neighborhood to visiting antique stores and doing the downtown Asheville thing. Thanks Chris, Sheri and Maya for another great stay! See you again soon!

This inn has a special in our hearts. We found it online maybe 10-12 years ago and have returned 6-7 times both spring and fall. We have stayed in several different rooms, but The Green Room (2nd floor) is our favorite. It has a little patio that you access thru what was a window. A wrought table and two chairs make a great spot to read and relax. Chris and Sheri are wonderful hosts. They give good info about shortcuts and restaurants. Sheri does superb breakfasts and there is a social hour at 5PM - 6PM each afternoon. Comfortable beds and each room have terry robes. They have a discount code for Biltmore if you plan to go. One caution: book from their website for the best price or call Chris directly. We love this BnB!

The Inn is a beautifully restored Victorian home in a very pretty neighborhood a few minutes from downtown Asheville. The room was tastefully decorated and had every possible amenity you could think of. The breakfasts were fantastic as well as the afternoon charcuterie boards, wine and beer options. The Inn owners as well as all their staff were friendly and accommodating, and to top it off it's pet friendly. We had a wonderful time and the Inn is highly recommended. Thank you!

First, this is the CLEANEST B&B you will ever stay in! It’s charming, well-decorated, and beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed relaxing on the spacious front porch with our coffee/wine/charcuterie. The neighborhood is quiet. It is very convenient to downtown. Sheri’s breakfasts are tasty and she and Chris are gracious hosts! PS/ Their special house blend coffee and farm to table breakfasts have us yearning to return!

This was our second stay at 1899 Wright Inn in the Wright Suite and we enjoyed our stay again. This suite has a private entrance with a dining nook, private bath (with a nice bathtub), and enough space to have 2 massages in the room. The owners accommodated our special dietary requests for meals and they think of everything with snacks, coffees, teas, drinks, etc. The Inn has a feel of stepping back in time, with lots of beautiful and comfortable furniture. Great neighborhood to walk around, even walkable to a market an excellent restaurant, Nine Mile. We have always stayed in the Montford area of Asheville and are very happy we found this great B&B.

The hospitality and food at the 1899 Wright Inn greatly exceeded my expectations. My friend and I planned to stay in the Orr room with twin beds. Just before we checked in, the owner noticed that the beds were not separated so we were given an extra room free of charge. The breakfast and homemade cookies are amazing! The owners even hosted a happy hour during our stay. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Asheville.

We immediately fell in love with the character and charm of this Inn. Each room was unique and decorated exquisitely. The gourmet breakfast was fabulous!
