There are some comments that sometimes room cleaning is delayed for an hour and room service is also very delayed.

Speaking of ambiance, the Hilton Salwa Resort has managed to create a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The well-designed interiors and tasteful decorations added an extra touch of elegance to the overall experience. The resort's attention to detail in creating a tranquil and soothing environment truly made me feel at home throughout my stay. But what truly sets this resort apart is its exceptional staff. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. I must extend a special thanks to Mr. Michael, the assistant of the front desk manager, who stood out with his exceptional service and helpfulness. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a guest, and he was always there to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. One of the highlights of my time at the Hilton Salwa Resort was the water park. The hours seemed to fly by as I immersed myself in the various water games and attractions. What impressed me the most was the emphasis on safety. I felt at ease knowing that the resort took all the necessary precautions to ensure a fun and secure experience for everyone. In conclusion, my stay at the Hilton Salwa Resort was an absolute delight, and I can confidently say that it's one of the best resorts I've ever visited. The combination of its stunning location, inviting ambiance, and exceptional staff, particularly Mr. Michael, made it an unforgettable experience. Had a 4 day stopover travelling from Australia to Europe. Beautiful resort on a private beach with 2 lovely outdoor pools and an amazingly fun waterpark. Staff were very professional and helpful. Rooms were clean and we had a great view of the beach. My children are already asking when we can come back again. Highly recommend.

Not crowded, perfectly maintained resort. Great option for a stay with smaller and bigger kids.

it would be great to be informed earlier that there is a transportation available form and to the resort beforehand

Recaption was poor experience Water park was under maintenance. However I get upgraded by hotel manager.

Very good hotel but there is no much transport and not any restaurant or distraction
