My daughter was most satisfied with this hotel compared to the one we stayed at the night before and the one from two nights ago.

Stayed at this hotel for 8 days, seems like there is folks living there term term at this location, there was not hot water in the hotel on Saturday morning 18th until 3pm in the afternoon, the whole system had failed, no showers that morning, I left the hotel one day early and Ms Tiffany the manager would not credit me for one day exit, l liked the location but unfortunately I will be staying elsewhere the next time, I wouldn’t be looking for credit but I had meetings on Saturday morning and had to attend without showering, customer service was not helpful because they kept saying I used a third party to book the hotel,

Pros: New Yorker first time driving to Boston, so i need a hotel that provide parking. This hotel provide free and pretty safe parking in their basement which is excellent for interstate driving travelers. Beside free parking, this hotel also great for sightseeing Boston via public transportation. There is a bus stop right across the street. Bus 77 will go straight to the Red Line Harvard Station. You can transfer to Red Line and go straight to the city. Or you can transfer to Bus 1, which will take you to nearby Boston University and Newbury St. From Newbury St stop, you can transfer to the Green Line at Hynes Convention Center Station. There are a lot of attractions right on the Green Line for you to explore. When you are done with your travel, u can take Red Line or Bus 1 back to Harvard Station, then transfer 77 and it will take you back right next to the hotel. This hotel also provide free breakfast in my booking. The breakfast is nice but will be better if it can last to 10am during the weekdays. (6-9weekdays, 7-10 weekends) The room is not bad, pretty big with table, kitchen, refrigerator, sofa, two tvs and a bed. The room I have is pretty clean and I do not have much to complain. The hotel staffs are nice too. Cons: The mattress is not too hard or soft and is comfortable for me. However, it is little too noisy when you try to move or turn. The bathtub is slippery when you step in it, especially where there’s water in it. I have to grab the pole tight every time. The hotel need to address this issue for safety.

Very spacious suite (switched from queen bed to king), FREE parking (rare in Boston and near suburbs), quite ample breakfast, direct 10 minutes to Harvard Square, terrific value for money..

This Hilton-owned apartment hotel is large and well-equipped. It is very comfortable, the breakfast is also very good, and the coffee is free. I will keep an eye on this one next time I come to Boston. The deposit refund is also very fast!

The room is big, suite! Our family lives very comfortably! The air conditioner is a bit loud! Everything else is good! The American breakfast is very rich! There is also a kitchen, refrigerator! , electric stove, dishwasher, microwave! Really good? It is within 10 kilometers from Harvard, MIT, and the airport!

The room is very large, with a large refrigerator, a large microwave, and various kitchen utensils. There is free parking in the underground garage. There is a bus stop at the door, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the red line. There is a CVS supermarket at the door to buy food and water. The American breakfast is also very good, and there are Mexican tortillas, which are very good.

The hotel is located in Arlington, 30 minutes away from downtown Boston! The hotel is generally satisfactory, but the air conditioning machine is noisy and needs to be turned off at night to fall asleep!

The suite has a kitchen, which is quite convenient, but it is not cleaned every day.

The bathroom is small but newly renovated. The kitchen countertops and faucets are old. Parking is free and it is convenient to travel.

The location is excellent, only 15 minutes drive from Harvard University, and there are bus No. 77 and No. 350 at the door, which can connect to the subway and go anywhere in Boston. The room is very clean and the breakfast is also rich.

Pros: Free breakfast is of decent quality, free parking, CVS and a nice restaurant are across the street. Cons: 1) The paid laundry room in the hotel was always locked saying that the facilities were broken. It was not repaired for a week, and a pile of clothes to be washed accumulated. 2) The room we were given was on the first floor, and we had to draw the curtains all day and night for a week because there were often passers-by outside the window. 3) After checking in, we immediately found that the water pressure of the shower was very low. The front desk said that someone would be sent to repair it the next day. They also said that there was often a problem of low water pressure on the first floor. We asked to change rooms, but were told that all the rooms were booked and there was no room to change. 4) On the third night, we found that the shower gel was used up. The front desk said that they would wait until the next day to send someone to add it after work. As a result, no one came to deal with it after waiting for a day. The next day, I directly called the housekeeping staff on the floor to add shower gel. She didn't speak English and didn't know how to change the shower gel. She came to change it very late. In short, the attitude of the hotel front desk was okay, but basically did not help guests solve any problems. I will not stay in this hotel again in the future. The domestic five-star charges, three-star facilities, and one-star service.

The hotel we temporarily changed to is the terminal of the red line subway. The breakfast is very good, great! There is a CVS pharm next to it, which is convenient for shopping. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the subway station.
