Ulasan Sheraton Pentagon City

I arrived on a very early flight and was completely exhausted. I asked the hotel if it was possible to check in early, and luckily, they had a room available and let me check in right away. I was so grateful to be able to take a shower and get some rest. The hotel facilities are older than I expected, but everything I needed was there. Overall, I really appreciated their kindness and flexibility.

The location is quite inconvenient. It is far away from the Metro. Also anyone can get into the elevator with access to any floor they want, which makes me feel quite insecure of the saftey. Some trouble happened during check in where they don’t have my reservation and also a double charge of the room fee although they reinsured to me that the card was only for deposit purposes. It wasn’t a good experience staying in the hotel.

Bad Service, we booked a double bed room and end up they said they run out of it and gave us a king size room. How can we fit 4 peoples with that? And also they stated they provide free shuttle bus to airport but also they keep saying they don’t operate today this and that. Bad experience over here! No more next time

It was a last minute booking for me as my flight arrival was delayed and I missed the last bus from Washington DC to my home miles away. I was pleasantly surprised I could get into such a great hotel at a decent price. The room is excellent and spacious with a king size bed, a couch, fridge and all the usual stuff. The highlight was desk with multiple power outlets in the middle of the desk so one can change the laptop, multiple phones etc without having to worry about tripping over cables on the floor. The bed is comfortable and the room is very quiet.  The reception staff was extremely helpful. I requested for a late check out time and they checked room situation and gave me 2 hours which was great. Great experience and I will definitely stay again.

They ask me a deposit when I check and will refund it 3 business days later but they did say that on the website so I was surprised

The shuttle driver to the airport was the highlight of this stay, which, as a Sheraton, should not be the expectation. The desk staff were pleasant enough, but when leaving the lobby to cross the driveway to the second building where the room was located, we saw the most ridiculous situation I have ever encountered at a hotel or even MOTEL. The entry was a split level, ten or so steps up or down without any ramp or elevator. Seeing as the clerk saw we were traveling internationally and had three massive and heavy suitcases, placement in that location was inconvenient at best. If I had not had my son present, there is no way that I could have lifted the luggage to arrive at the room. This does not even take into account someone with mobility concerns. The restaurant staff were courteous enough, but prices were insanely elevated. Vending machines were scarce and had different offerings in the main building and the satellite building. For example, my building had empty snack machines and the main building had soda machines and ice machines with no prices noted, and when a card was used, the soda was 4.00. All in all, would NOT recommend whatsoever. The poorest Sheraton I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately, I had told my family that Sheraton was considered a good hotel chain. No longer true if this is a representation. Sewage leaking in the parking garage with caution tape all around was just icing on the cake.

Friendly staffs, clean room, comfy bed. Good location. The only cons is the air conditioning is a bit noisy. Would recommend this hotel.

It was a pleasant stay. Great service and excellent cleanliness despite it is not a newer hotel. Price is very competitive compared to other airport hotels within the National Landing area. Location is not the best but with reliable shuttle bus service, it’s not a major problem. Highly recommended.
