Staff were unhelpful. This hotel has so many steps to get to the reception even for someone who is fit to carry a case was a nightmare. The staff were washing the steps as we left and instead of letting us pass they continue therefore our shoes and feet were soaken. The area is very dark and deserted on an evening so not idea for going to get something to eat.

We stayed a night at this hotel (room 101) and our experiences are not very good. In the kitchen there were a lot of ants. In the bathroom there was no warm water to shower ( i think the boiler was broken..) Also the room was completely different from the one we booked on ***********.

It is really nice hotel with a good sea view from balcony. The girls in the reception were really helpful and kind. I enjoyed my stay here.
Hotel is close to the city center. But from bus station you have to walk around 20 minutes. So if you have luggages, I suggest to take a taxi. I was with a backpack so I walked. It was okay.

Europe was a great hotel in a nice location in Argostoli. It had a great view of the water from the balcony, which was spacious and adorable. Maria at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, and the room met all of our expectations. AC was included, and there was also a mini fridge and a toaster oven and stovetop. Would definitely repeat!

Hotel molto carino vicino al centro di Argostoli, le camere sono ampie e spaziose e dispongono di tutto l'occorrente anche per cucinare e sopratutto è molto pulito. Punto di forza inoltre è Maria che è di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità mai viste, ci ha fatto sentire a casa e parte della famiglia, è davvero una persona eccezionale. Consigliatissimoooooooo!!!!!
