Beautiful hotel in a very scenic location. The facilities are excellent and so was the breakfast. Very friendly staff as well.

Lovely boutique hotel with the best pool area in the whole island. Had a fabulous stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and as it was end of the season it was not too busy and got an upgrade to gorgeous sea view room 🤩 Staff was very friendly and helpful all the way through. Breakfast was small but nice, pool bar served good quality food for lunch and dinner 😋 Loved the friendly cat’s and dogs wondering around so great bonus for pet lovers. Will be returning when new season starts. 5*

Beautiful hotel, couldn't fault anything, the location, grounds, pool area all lovely, the staff were great all of them were polite, helpful they couldn't do enough, the rooms were spotless and modern, breakfast was lovely good choice of hot and cold, the restaurant round the pool is a must, would recommend this hotel to anyone/ couples who want to get away from it all. We will definitely be coming back

We have just returned from a week here as a couple. We booked B&B in a deluxe room with either a pool or garden view in February via a travel agent. We went with Tui and they provided a private taxi. We were given an upgrade to a deluxe swim up room, which had its own pool shared with 3 other rooms in a row. Lovely big room, with a king size bed and a shower big enough for a football team. The terrace led straight out to your pool on which was seating areas,a table and a big double sunlounger. The staff could not do enough for you. At breakfast they would always be proactive in service, for which there was plenty of food in a buffet style. The reception staff very helpful in providing information about buses etc and would order you a taxi which would be no more than 10 mins. A taxi to Argostoli was 8 euros ( here you can see the tutles at the harbour). The restaurant was next to the main pool and had good choices at lunch and dinner. A big thank you to Johanna and her staff they were very attentive to all. The hotel grounds were spread out and relaxing with rosemary,lavender, grasses and trees everywhere. The walk into lassi was mostly flat ,700M to the main street lassi where there were plenty of shops and restaurants. The building work a the front of the hotel is below this hotel level, most of the main noisy building work is completed and does not imposed the view or is noisy, and did not impose on our stay at all. We would definitely go back again as close to beaches only 400m away at the front of the hotel and out the back.

What a gem of a place! 5 star experience all the way. Beautiful tranquil adult only hotel. Luxe boutique rooms and fabulous restaurant with gourmet meals and delicious cocktails. It’s the staff that make this place though - we ate at the Eolia restaurant every night - Joanna, Valantis, Kleo, Klaudio and Greg were just brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they all went the extra mile. Silvana, Jimmy and the breakfast team were also excellent. Ignore the complaints about the cats - they aren’t a bother at all. Room was spotless with water and Nespresso pods replenished daily. Thank you for making this holiday one of the best! We will be back!

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the towels were changed daily. There were free bottles of water daily, placed when the room was cleaned and there was a fridge to keep them cool. Toiletries were replaced when necessary. The breakfast offered a lot of choice although there were no warm plates for the hot food. We did find the cocktail bar a bit pricey but the pool bar was reasonable. The pool area was spotlessly clean and the sunbeds,loungers,chairs & settees were hosed daily and swimming towels provided. The "partial" sea view was more than I expected and the staff were friendly and helpful and we had a most enjoyable stay.

Our first time in kefalonia , what a treat this hotel was. I booked a pool or garden view, but ended up with a sea view room! There is building works out front of hotel but did not spoil our holiday. This hotel has a stunning pool and bar area. Plenty of different seating areas. Ample double sun beds, pool towels, and no one reserving beds! Breakfast was my favourite time of the day. Such lovely food and lovely terrace to eat on. Bottles of water were replenished every day, plenty of toiletries. Rooms cleaned every day before we’d got back from breakfast. Clean towels every day. But the best thing about this hotel is the fantastic staff, never been in a hotel with such friendly, always smiling staff. They couldn’t do enough for you. The management team should be very proud of them. Would highly recommend this hotel. Had lunch most days with my Malibu and pineapple! Great location, plenty of bars and restaurants within 5/10 minutes. Small beach close by with great each bar. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday such a lovely time .

Lovely hotel. Everything was simply perfect, the staff were wonderful and so helpful. The breakfasts were superb, everything you could possibly want/desire. We only booked bed and breakfast as we wanted to go out in the evenings, but we did eat in the restaurant twice and the food was good. The pools and the sun beds were excellent. We will certainly go back again.

We stayed in May 2024 in room 623. I think we got an upgrade as it was a full sea view, and we'd only paid for a partial one. As per the vast majority of other reviews, this place is amazing. The staff are simply fantastic, so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Especially at breakfast. They really make the place. Breakfast is a very large buffet of an array of choices. You really could eat something completely different everyday! We didn't eat lunch or dinner there so can't comment on those. The grounds are also fantastically well maintained, the abundance of flowers and plants was lovely. It felt like an oasis. There is another hotel being built directly in front, which our balcony faced, but we could only hear it when on the balcony. For partial sea & garden rooms you wouldn't even see it. 1 gripe that is also mentioned on some reviews is that if you have a late flight they really have no late check-out facilites. We had a full day before we flew home. Luckily another couple let us use their shower, for which we were very grateful, as all the hotel offers is to use the open air showers in the pool area and then to get dressed in the toilet in reception. They really need a proper solution to it. To get to Makris Gialos Beach (or the mini supermarkets) quickly, head out the rear of the hotel behind room 101. There's a path that takes you there, lookout for the signpost to turn right. It leads you to the beach where 2 loungers and a parasol is €15 for the day, and the bar and restaurant were great for drinks and lunch, there's also water sports there too (though we didn't use them, so can't review) . Or you can pay over double that at Costa Costa at the other end of the beach. Lassi main ***** was very good for bars and restaurants, we had lots of lovely Greek food. We normally don't eat dinner till 8:30/9 at night and that wasn't a problem. Highly recommend Argostolion for a day trip, where you can see sea turtles in the harbour. Take the 25min ferry to Lixouri too, to extend the trip.
