"Kempinski – that says it all. Everything was absolutely top-notch. I don't even have a bed this comfortable at home, and the duvet, pillows, and linens were simply divine. The only downside is that you can't bring any outside food or drinks in. Beer in Aqaba is cheap and good, but the hotel bar only had two types, and they cost 8 JD each (whereas in a store, it's about 2 JD)."

"The April Hotel was a real lucky find for me. The building and rooms are brand new and very modern. I especially liked the stylish, comfortable chairs and the overall room design, along with the well thought out lighting system and high quality shower fittings. Everything was spotless, a standard you don’t even find in many five star hotels. The view is a real highlight. Even from the 4th floor you get a great view of the Red Sea, and breakfast and dinner on the 7th floor take it to another level. The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance, and there are convenient parking options if you have a rental car. The connection to the beach club at the southern sandy beaches is well organized with shuttle services and takes about 15 minutes. The service was consistently friendly and efficient, laundry was done within 2 hours. I would especially like to highlight the hotel professional Noor, who truly goes the extra mile with outstanding service and helpful advice. Conclusion: Excellent value for money, one of the better four star hotels. It’s a pity I could only stay for two nights."

Everyone is welcoming and always smiling. Everything about the resort is wonderful... A big thank you to employees Walid and Emad for their excellent and truly outstanding service. Sayangnya, terlalu berangin untuk berenang, jadi kami hanya bisa berendam di jacuzzi air hangat. Kamar-kamarnya luas dan nyaman. Untuk makan malam, kami memesan piring makanan laut panggang dan pasta makanan laut, yang cukup lezat; sarapan prasmanannya juga lumayan. Ini adalah tempat yang bagus untuk liburan di Laut Merah!"

"I'm very grateful to the administrator for her help with all my questions. He helped us with our snorkeling. The view from the window was magnificent (sea view). The beds were comfortable. However, the room was a bit of a problem. The walls and headboard were dirty. The location was 10 minutes from the Fort. Due to the small number of people and Ramadan, the food selection was limited, which was a bit disappointing. We were also asked to finish our breakfast as quickly as possible, as it wasn't until 10:00 AM. I don't know how we were disturbing anyone when we were simply eating the food already served at our table, and there was no one else around anyway."

"We booked Hyatt Regency Aqaba expecting it to be the most luxurious hotel in Aqaba, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The hotel itself has beautiful facilities and everything looks great on the surface, but service is what truly makes a luxury hotel — and that was missing. The breakfast restaurant staff were unfriendly and looked either upset or under constant pressure. Even the front desk team gave the impression that they did not want to be there. The spa services were good, but everything felt mood-dependent rather than professional and consistent. A luxury hotel is not only about the building or facilities, it’s about hospitality and attention to guests, and sadly that standard was not there. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to others."
