床單臟舊的像抹布，房間設施陳舊，衹住一晚，將就了

酒店位於阿努拉德普勒，隔着一個大湖可以望見那些美麗的佛塔遺址。酒店的環境還挺漂亮，游泳池也很好。就是自助早餐的供應不太穩定，我倆一連住了4晚，有兩天早餐是自助早餐，有兩天是定食。酒店給出的解釋是因為旅遊大巴離開了，人數太少，所以就不開自助早餐了。也罷，吃吃斯里蘭卡傳統的早餐也蠻有意思的。圖1是我倆吃定食早餐（給的分量超大），圖2、3是自助早餐。

8.32725°, 80.37897° On banks of Tissa Wewa, this resort-style hotel has an excellent pool in the garden to recover from the relentless heat in March 2024 with pool service. Massage is available. In March 2024, our room 222 (2F) was large with a balcony overlooking the front garden. The state of the room immediately made it clear renovation was overdue. No maintenance. The room had a firm double bed, television, good Wi-Fi reception and a dirty fridge. Besides the poor condition, the cleaning was clearly substandard. With so many staff members on duty, does anybody know how to clean a hotel room properly? The restaurant offers buffet or a la cart dinning in an air-conditioned area. Ample choice of Sri Lankan and continental dishes that tasted good but are not special. The flavours are clearly aimed at tourist. The sports bar is not a cosy place to have a drink, but more like abandoned arcade. The Heritage is an old hotel, lacking maintenance and cleaning, with a nice pool.

Actually such a wonderful experience..specially that january 1st breakfast and also 31 night dinner..And room service also good..Sumith Wijesinghe and staff were warmly welcome us..So three times I and my family enjoyed that experience in hotel heritage..swimming pool, Balcony view, comfortable beds are unforgettable things for me..So come with your family & enjoy it...❤

Hello.I Came to visit your hotel. When I came to the hotel my mind was blown away from seeing the hotel. The food was delicious.the beds are so comfy and the pool is fantastic.. I would like to visit again. Thank you for having us!! I enjoyed it so much..

The best hotel in Anuradapura. We had a nice time. Good food beautiful environment, lovely staff all excellent. Rooms service superb. We have no complaints to say. Mr. Smith CEO very kind person. The best hotel I've ever been to in Anuradapura. The food is very nice The service was even nicer it was really appreciated by me that they gave me the best luxurinous Mr. Smith and the other staff which I do not no the name of where really friendly

We stayed one night last week end at Heritage. Room was nice and tidy and large enough for two of us. Food were good in quality and quantity. We wanted to get milk rice bowl prepared for ruwanweli Seya and chef specifically came to us and discussed it. I could observe how CEO moving around and directing staff and spend time with guests. I will chooses this hotel for my next visit to Anuradhapura and don't hesitate to recommend to others.

Great Hospitality We were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff during our one-night stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel arranged a lovely birthday decoration for the baby. The restaurant staff was supportive and polite, and the food was fresh and delicious. We highly appreciate the friendly nature of CEO Sumith Wijesinghe, always attentive so were the other staff. They even prepared a special baby meal. Their professional support was commendable! the efforts in maintaining the hotel at this level. They strive to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
