I had the most wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly considerate and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. A special thank you to 邹明 and 小张 for going above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Yu Lingshan provided very good service and helped to book tours and cars, which was very convenient. The hotel also provided breakfast. Although the main meal was at our own expense, we ate there twice and both were very delicious.

The waiter is indifferent and is playing with his mobile phone. There is no takeaway nearby, and the delivery starts at 500. The hotel restaurant is a little expensive. Play: 1. It takes three minutes to walk to the hot spring, which is very convenient, but the hardware is five-star and the service is three-star. I asked the front desk of the hot spring if the car has arrived, and the answer was: you wait outside! 2. Skiing for three hours and dressing for two hours. Ask the hotel front desk to order ski clothes. It is best to wear them in the hotel in advance. The attitude of the ski resort staff is very good. In addition, when the shuttle bus was leaving, I waited at the gate. When I came back, there was no bus. I asked everyone but couldn’t find it. 3. Changbai Mountain VIP channel, convenient and fast

In the small town of Erdaobaihe, it is only about ten minutes' drive from Changbaishan Railway Station. The hotel mainly caters to tourist groups. It has its own parking lot and the lobby on the first floor is quite bright. However, the room facilities are relatively old, so it is not that demanding to have a rest. The hotel also has its own indoor hot spring, which is usually given to hotel guests as a gift, but I feel that the hygiene of the bathing and showering environment needs to be improved. In addition, there are various Northeastern souvenir shops next to the hotel. You can mail them back after buying them. The most difficult thing to describe was the breakfast. There was no Western pastries, but a lot of hot stir-fried vegetables. Anyway, I am not in the habit of eating stir-fried vegetables in the morning, so I just had a bowl of millet porridge and eggs. Goodbye, Erdao Baihe!

Lovely hotel, very well kept and maintained nearby Chang bai shan train station. Comfortable and clean. Stay was ok but service was par at best, they don’t have much experience dealing with foreigners. Also stingy with mineral water couldn’t spare a few more at front desk.

The standard room I booked for a trip to Changbai Mountain is located in the Erdaobaihe factory area. It is about 4 kilometers to the north slope of Changbai Mountain, and you can get there by taxi for 14 yuan. Hotels here are more expensive during the peak tourist season. Most 3-star chain hotels in the same period cost between 500-700 yuan. I booked a special room for 380 yuan, which originally did not include breakfast. However, the hotel manager was very enthusiastic and gave me breakfast and hot spring bath, as well as ginseng soap as a souvenir. The room is very warm and large, and there is hair on the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. It may not be suitable for guests with high hygiene requirements, because the bathroom hygiene is average, and the bedding is hygienic and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast and didn't comment on it. The hot spring bath is very unique. In the cold winter of minus 20 degrees, the outdoor hot spring is a very special experience. Overall, it is very cost-effective and the experience is very special.

The parent-child room is very large and has a large balcony. The guest room building is in the shape of a Chinese character ”回”. The parent-child room we stayed in faces the garden in the building. The hotel is located in the center of the town. There is a free hot spring club on the roof. It is very convenient for going out, shopping and eating. It takes two steps to reach the riverside park. There are Meirensong Park and Wetland Park two or three kilometers away. It is very pleasant to walk along the river and park in Erdaobaihe Town in the morning and evening. The air is fresh and the scenery is beautiful. The price is a bit expensive.

The hotel staff is very helpful. Even though we checked in at about 10pm, he is able to arrange a full day itinerary the next day with driver included. On top of that, he is friendly and assisted us, the foreigners to book the changbaishan ticket as we do not have the mainline number. For the hotel wise, the hot spring is decent and the room meets a 4 star expectation.
