When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by very friendly reception staff and after a long journey was very nice! You only get free WiFi in the lobby area and not in your room, if you want this you have to pay for it. The food was rubbish; we were all inclusive and not a fussy couple at all but the variety of food was shocking!! They do not cater for English people at all! Only on the snack bar in the afternoon where you had chips and pizza but that was everyday. No variety there either, not even different toppings on the pizza. The food was that awful, we ate out 4 nights of the 7 and 1 other night we didn’t bother at all! There are some nice restaurants not far away from the hotel which are very reasonably priced. The rooms were dated, they were kept pretty clean but beds were so uncomfortable!! The pool area was nice, but you had to make sure you were down there before 8:30/9 or you had no chance of getting a sunbed for the day! The drinks are soooo watered down as well, I know they generally are when you are abroad but I’ve never known anything like this! There is no entertainment at this hotel, we had 1 night the whole week were here were there was a singer and the speakers were so bad it sounded like she was singing underwater which was a shame as I reckon she had a nice voice, we stayed because this was the only entertainment there was! I know it’s not in season fully but it’s still the end of June so you would have thought there would be more. We had a late check out the last day and my partner went to ask the day before if we could use the spa showers on the day we left as we got picked up at 5pm he said this wasn’t a problem; when I checked out in the morning and double checked with reception the man was very rude and said he didn’t know and we would have to come back at 9am to check. We did go down and use them but there was not hospitality whatsoever! We never even got asked how our stay was! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would not come back here.

The area is good, the sea view is great but other things were so bad concerning the building, staff and food. Everything badly needs to be renovated or changed.

Spa, wellness and pool facilities were good. The gym was ok though didn't use this . Hotel staff not that helpful , no maps or anything to help visitors to get around. Free WiFi only in the reception area. The pool gym and sauna facilities have limited time don't open early enough in the morning only at 10 and close very early the pool at 7pm so a bit limited if you like to go out early and stay out till late in the day.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, great location, great food but could improve on the breakfast side with more choice. This hotel is great value for money
