Ulasan Old Town Grand Apart Hotel

This apartment location is perfect. Overlooking the Public square and close to all transport, food, shops and on the footsteps of the old city. I couldn’t find much negative except it’s a bit difficult to originally find the apartment as there’s no sign for the building. A lovely old man came to me whilst I was wondering around the square and took me to the apartment. He shows me how to access the building and showed the amenities. I stayed here 3 nights and found it very restful and quiet at night with a great big view overlooking the town square.

首先要肯定的是安塔利亞這個城市是整個土耳其行程中最為印象深刻的，這個城市要給她點贊！ 關於旅館本身評價如下： 環境：位置非常好，出門右轉就是老城核心區域，更是美妙絕倫的羅馬港口風景所在地； 服務：入住體驗非常糟糕，沒有任何前台，需要客人自己打電話喊人來辦理入住手續這個對於中國內地遊客有一定麻煩，而且既然有人坐在裏面樓下，為何竅門半天也不願出來開門？沒有當地的手機號能撥打房主電話這個是大部分中國遊客的現狀，通過郵件發來的入住提示也是一堆亂碼，旅館應該考慮到這點！大費周章的入住手續後，那個老者為了拍護照頁留存反覆暴力折壓護照重要訊息頁導致照片頁裂開，非常不nice！也在之後實際離開土耳其時帶來了麻煩！並且入住三晚也沒有任何實際的服務，四天三晚都需自己服務自己！ 衞生：該旅館最大的問題就在於衞生問題，一床很久沒有清洗的薄毯子套上一個臟兮兮發黑的被套，就是“被子”了，這個我們根本就無法蓋在身上，因無法聯繫也是極感覺到語言以及服務要求上的不現實性，放棄了更換房間或者床上用品的想法，入住期間全靠自己的大衣，然後和衣而卧！除此之外，浴巾、毛巾也是發黑不敢用，衞生間清潔相當不到位，前住客留下的敏感個人用品、用過的沐浴露都沒有清理掉，衞生也得自己重新弄才能入住。看了他們打掃衞生的用品，就那麼簡單的一兩樣，連消毒水、漂白液或者84這些都沒有的！ 設施：除了沒有拖鞋或者任何洗浴刷牙的用品，旅館其他的設施比較齊全。 綜合以上如果你選擇着重於旅館周圍的觀光環境，不計較衞生或者其他服務質量的話，那麼可以選擇，當然相對於當地旅館均價來説，該旅館本身也沒有價格優勢。

The host is amazing, communication was fast and easy! The apartment is big and bright and located near the all main attractions! The kitchen is well equipped, bed linens white and fresh. We enjoyed our staying.

Great area, nmy negative was the wifi didn't work but was soon resolved
